1、1.艾默生面试经历 2 例 zz昨天下午 4：00 多收到 Emerson 的面试通知，今天早上 9：00，第一个业务类的面试，晚上找同学借了一套西装，找出自己的领带，做准备工作。 早上 8：00 和电子系的一个同学一起去面试，那里的环境很不错，临湖，风景很好，这点让我心情很舒适，但是想想面对业务面试，真的不知道自己改如何办。终于到 9：00 了，hrmm 对面试的人进行了分组，我和其他约 20 人在第二组，hrmm 发给每人 2 张纸和 1 只笔，当时感觉不是很好，因为不知道这些纸和笔的用途，有点小紧张：P 好的是，hrmm 开始发言，做自我介绍，然后让我们自己用纸制作自己的名签，_，还不错
2、，用去了一张纸了。接下来，hrmm 让大家按顺序做自我介绍，不幸的是偶做的离 hrmm太近，第二个做自我介绍，觉得自己有点紧张，语速有点快，介绍了自己的学业情况和社会活动情况，基本上突出了自己的优势，等大家介绍我们之后。hrmm 告诉我们了第二张纸的用途，要求每人出一个题目，写上自己的专业姓名和学校，写好之后封闭交给 hrmm，这个时候我明白了 hrmm 的意思，真是愚钝啊_ 我抽的题目是同城的兄弟院校市场销售专业的兄弟出的题目：作为 Emerson 公司的老总为新员工的到来致欢迎词！每人准备好就可以举手发言，我是第三个举手的，要求是三分钟，我讲的大致有 2 分多钟把。这次即兴演讲结束之后大家
3、休息 5 分钟。之后 hrmm 公布第二轮面试名单，这个时候只剩下 8 个人了，分组抽签进行辩论，我抽的题目，可惜是作为反方啊：性格能/否决定命运。要求每方出 1 辩陈述和 4 辩总结，我本来想做 4 辩的，可惜一个兄弟开口了，我只好做 2 辩自由发言了。 对方几个反应总体比我方敏捷，思路清晰一些，我方都过于温和和礼貌，一直在气势上处于劣势，后来我发言稍微多一些，但是漏洞也不少，给对方不少攻击的机会啊。 结束的时候 hrmm 要求相互总结并推荐双方的最佳辩手，对方有 2 位推荐了我，我和其他的几位推荐了对方的 4 辩。这论结束的时候解散，打开手机看看表的时候已经 11：00 了，2 个小时已经
4、过去了。hrmm 告诉我们说如果通过的话 2 天内会给消息的。 今天对自己的总结是：以后要注意选取合适的时机，要适当放慢语速，强化语言组织能力，多注意协作。B.Emerson 是我在求职之前从未了解过的公司，只是在 Chinahr 上看见他的招聘信息才去试着去面试的。关于 Emerson，目前为止我的了解只有以下一些。Emerson 电气是一家 500 强的公司，是北美仅次于 GE 的第二大电气公司，他和许多大型公司一样，在世界各地有很多子公司和合资企业。在中国招聘的大多是深圳的 Emerson Networking Power LTD.（艾默生网络能源有限公司）。也是 Emerson 旗下的
5、子公司，前身是华为的安盛电源（60 亿美元收购），主要业务是制造通信电源。虽然说是 500 强的外企，但工作语言和工作环境却和国企差不了多少，BOSS 叫 Steven，一个 ABC，其他的基本上是华为的原班人马。但和现在的华为有很多不同，首先由于电源产品的利润率比较高，公司的待遇相当好，特别是 sales，所以待遇不成问题，然后就是不用去所谓的海外艰苦地区，公司文化也融入了外企的元素，还是比较人性的。所以本科如果能进去市场部相当的不错了，起码对我来说。一切也是从网投开始，Emerson 的网投是在自己的网站上建立的，比较简单，除了基本资料外，还有几个简单的 opening questions
6、。个人观点，市场部的筛选标准主要是看综合素质，对英语能力和成绩不是很看重。我也顺利的通过了网筛。面试一共有四轮，是在香格里拉进行的，从格局上就比华为要阔绰很多，hrmm 很nice，真的让我不得不说 500 强的招聘就是不一样。面试分批进行的，我被通知到 10 点的那一批。9 点半我来到宴会厅，现在面试厅旁边的一个屋子里等候，桌上放着点心茶水，让人感觉非常的舒服。等到大概 10 点 20 的样子，我进去了。面试的形式是群面，一次 10 几个人，这里具体记不清数字了。这也是我第一次参加群面，还有点紧张。面试是这样的，每个人用纸条写上自己的名字帖在胸前让面试管好认。接着是每个人一分半钟的自我介绍，
7、面了这么多公司，早就熟练了，但是还是在时间的把握上没有做好，没有说完，后面大多数人也犯了这样的错误，所以建议以后准备面试的同志们可以加练有时间限制的项目：）。完了之后，是每个人在纸条上写上一个演讲题目，然后收上来，打乱了让每个人抽一个题目演讲，时间是 3 分钟。我抽到了的题目很变态，“英雄”，不知道是谁写的，反正很难，呵呵。不过自我感觉发挥还不错，主旨是现代英雄要做到不露也锋芒，面试官点了几下头。这种面试，我觉得需要大家达成默契，不要出太难的题，为难别人也是为难自己。一面是不淘汰人的，下午就进行二面，二面还是群面，一次 10 个人，分为两个小组，进行辩论，辩论前要对材料进行小组讨论，选出一个主
8、辩手。这种面试当主辩有好处也有坏处，好处就是多一些表现机会，坏处就是难度大容易失误。讨论也是考查的项目，面试官会观察你在讨论中的表现。讨论中切忌那种不让别人说话，自己哇啦哇啦说个不停的那种，也不能一言不发。我在讨论中扮演了一个组织者的角色，收集大家的观点，适当阐述自己的观点并总结大家的意见。在我们小组里出现了一位女生，非要当主辩，我和几个老奸巨滑的研究生很爽快的就答应了。辩论中，我主要是旁听，在找到对方漏洞的时候进行还击，表现还是很不错的。相反那个想出头的女生却没有完成好主辩的任务，错误百出。二面过后，剩下了一半人，据我观察，都是那些很老道的，没有强出头的留下了，也不排除几个非常厉害的，呵呵。
9、三面依然是群面，项目分析，也是五个人一个小组，首先对项目进行研究讨论，讨论的同时分配角色，选出项目经理和各个角色，然后是项目经理对项目的分工和整体安排进行陈述，时间 1 分半钟，然后各个部分的负责人用一分钟陈述自己的工作计划。我现在也想不起来我为什么就成了项目经理，可能和我在讨论时依然采取了充当组织者的策略吧。由于以前没有过项目分析的经验，team 的成员也是互不相识的，所以做项目经理很难，况且要在 1 分半钟说明所有问题，太难了（强烈不建议当项目经理）。我发挥的很糟糕，自然三面过后我落选了。Emerson 的面试主要以群面为主，和 Pduring my first two years I e
