To what extent do you agree or disagree?Essay 1:Nowadays, there are an increasing number of commercial advertisements on the television or on other press

2、. Some people believe that it is those advertisements that drive the high sales of products.One of the reasons of that conjecture is the idol effect. In almost every advertisement for a product, famous stars, such as singers, actors, even sports stars, are invited to advertise the product. People wo

3、uld buy it because of their favorite idols, although they do not necessarily need the product. Another reason is that products usually look good-qualified and excellent on advertisements, thus inducing consumers to buy them without hesitation. The advertising plays a role in leading people to believ

4、e their products are the best and perfect. In addition, if a product is popular and is recommended by many friends and colleagues, people would also like to have a try. This is called blind action where customers buy products due to the influence from people around them.However, there are also opini

5、ons against this attitude. One is that high sales often results from the product itself, rather than advertisements. If a product is of high quality and practical value, then consumers would absolutely like it. Also, it is the consumers who decide whether or not to buy the product and they are restr

6、icted by their disposable income. This means they cannot choose to buy whatever they see from advertisements. Furthermore, each individual has his or her own buying habits, which cannot easily be affected by the advertising. They are unlikely to purchase a product which is not catering to their spen

7、ding habits no matter how popular it is.Overall, it is fairly true to say that advertisements more or less contribute to the high sales of a product. But advertising is not the only cause. People should learn to form their own buying habits and strong views towards a product, thus avoiding negative

8、effects from advertising.Essay 2:In currently weather, the best seller products are affected from over advisement. Some products are not necessary for life indeed. Lives need only fundamental products such as clothes, medicines and foods.Today, every manufacturer usually dumps their fund into advert

9、isement. They try to perform their products in every ways such as television station, radio stations, internet and brochure. Some of their advertisements show qualifications of products over than real. The colorful shades of colors in advertising papers are attracted people to interest in products.

10、People, therefore, buy such product even it is not important in life. For example, the value of mobile phone is to call for and receive the call but people always buy mobile which has multiple functions like camera, social media and some of them still have no ideas how to use such functions.Moreover

11、, we are fallen for hidden advertisement via actresses, actors or pop-stars. These groups of people always use the extravagant products and show off them via social media. They get the prizes of showing from entrepreneurs, on the other hand; other people pay for such garbage.To live our life, we are

12、 only needs five kinds of these following things: there are foods, clothes, medicines and dwellings. Its too easy to keep life simple as well as it can be. But people males it complicated with these extravagant things.I am strongly agreed with the statement that the societies do not need the popular

13、 consumer good. The high sales of them come from much of advertisements. Life needs only basement of consumer goods. People believe in the over advertisement. To avoid these mattes, people have to think before spending money. It is vital to your life or it is pleasant to your life.Essay 3:Advertisem

14、ent encourages customers to buy the products and to increase high income for company. Having said and done, it makes people to purchase many products which are not notable in daily life. I think that pros and cons of these views which are discussed in this essay.Advertising is the best way to introd

Throughout the world, promoting is a key part of modern business which is using many media promotions such as commercial break, billboard and poster. Samsung Company which has used twitter, online media promotion, tells customers about

Admittedly, there is a power of advertising to gain popularity of product and to give a dramatic increase of sales, because many people take interested in the products.However, critics claim that advertising

17、manipulates people to follow the new products which are not really needed in daily activity as the basic needs. Toys companies arrange their commercial breaks in the one stage with childrens television programs to persuade children buy their products, for instance. It is a strategy to increase high

18、sales, because children can easily be influenced by advertisement and they will put pressure on parents to buy them things. As a result, many people buy a product which is not notable in their life.In conclusion, I tend to agree that the products which have high intensity appearing in the means of a

19、dvertising are being popular. Thus people are easy to recognize and to buy the products. Standing in contrast, advertising will be a consideration to increase expenditure for purchasing unnecessary products for some people.Essay 4:Today, there are many advertisements those are currently showed on te

20、levision, radio, internet or billboard and those devices are easily found everywhere even in public places. 21、reative advertisement, it raises the sales of goods in which most of people purchasing the product because they want to buy it and not because they need it.The company will have no doubt to spend much money on one advertisement. They are willing to pay much money for a popular actor or actress, a cr

22、eative idea and other factors that produce a good advertisement because a successful advertisement brings out successful sales of product. People are easy to purchase the product that is familiar than the one which is unfamiliar for them even though that unfamiliar product is better and a very well-

23、known actor or actress in the advertisement will be easily remembered by people and so a creative idea.The familiar products also persuade people to buy it without considering whether or not they need it. For example, a mother whose money is necessarily need to spend on vegetables, fruits, bread and

24、 other daily need, yet the mother will choose to spend most of her money on her favorite bag or shoes.So, I definitely agree that the high sales of popular consumer goods reflect the power of advertising and not the real needs of the society in which they are sold.Essay 5:The power of advertising co

25、nvinces customers to buy things which they need in daily life. On the other hand, today, the aim of the advertisement is to generate shopper for buying things which are not essential. Accordingly, it will produce the high sales of popular consumer goods.In this passage we will discuss about the powe

I believe that advertisement makes a purchaser smartly to pick the best product in spite of commercial will take a chance to build them more extravagant.First, as we know that the necessity of society growing every year, it means the Advertising

27、 Companies are competing to attract purchasers to take their product. In addition, advert gives us much information about novelty goods which can enrich humans life. Then, it generates buyer smartly to decide the best quality goods. For example, the market of mobile phone demonstrates a new feature

Thus, if the buyer does not want to feel aggrieved, they have to select and realize about the specification of product.Second, sometimes we see the commercial on television a little bit exaggerates. They illustrate the streng

29、th of their commodity too much and induce the consumers brain. Moreover, shoppers will buy goods in spite of they do not really need. For instance, Clothes Companies create their new models are always fashionable for every season and confer discount to customers. It makes interesting client to visit

30、 their shop and take as much as they want. Surely, it will add useless stuff in their home.To sum up, advertisement can be significant media to deliver information about some products but it can be boomerang to the client if they absorb too much and cannot handle their desire for shopping. So, Advertising Companies do not take advantage from the shopper.Essay 6:Nowadays the role of advertising is increasing along with its great impact on peoples choices. There is a belief that most times it encourages people to buy things which they

I completely agree with this statement but before drawing a quick conclusion it needs to be discussed.First of all, compared to previous years today we have more opportunities to come across with various advertisements, for example on TV, internet, in street walls etc. Moreover,

33、 it is an undeniable fact that there are a variety of advertisements which do not honestly depict the features of goods. Consequently, watching these advertisements create great interest in certain goods hence we tend to consume them.In addition, sometimes companies use prominent people in their ads

34、 and endeavor to persuade the fact that the describing item is also used by famous. For instance, a few years ago eminent singers of the world -Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez were participating in the advertisement of Pepsi, the popular drink. Undoubtedly, these ads become very popular in short time and

35、 earned a great income to the company.Nevertheless, we cannot completely accuse the advertisements on cheating and manipulating people, due to the fact that they have a number of pros too. For example, watching them helps us to compare the items which we need, or introduce new ones which we have not

36、 see yet, in short helps us to make up a decision easily.To conclude, taking all the mentioned facts into account I want to lay emphasize on the drawbacks of advertisements. To be more precise, although in certain circumstances helps us to decide without spending our time during shopping we must alw

37、ays take into consideration our needs and budget, therefore not allow them to manipulate us.Essay 7:In this era of globalization, people are mesmerized at myriad levels towards the fascinating advertisements. It is just a sense of zeal created by the famous personality persuading a customer to buy the product advertised.Moreover, enormous number of people have now become financially stable thus making it economically feasible fo

40、r them to spend their incomes in a more rigorous and unplanned manner. Also the per capita income had risen gradually over the last decade. Moreover, both husband and wife have started working, increasing the income of the family and thus they do not have surplus time to look into each product. As a

41、 consequence, these advertisements act as a catalyst in their fast pacing life to approach for the product.Considering a very general example of a toothpaste say Colgate. Adverts for it are motioned on television, radio and all other media levels. As results it corresponds to high productivity as we

42、ll as high sales of the product neglecting whether the product is meeting up the required standards or not.In the nutshell, Adverts boosts the consumptions of the consumer goods. People have stopped applying their brains and are unable to distinguish between the needs and the greed. Mahatma Gandhi s

43、aid “There is enough for anyones need but none for someones greed”. But in this fast pacing and economically diverted world these thoughts are just enclosed within the books and do not reside anywhere in the intellect of the populationEssay 8:Nowadays, the advertisement play a major role to boost up

44、 the high sales of consumer goods. Due to modern technology mass communication easily increased. The advertisement in television, newspapers, becomes a lot in the streets. Some consumers buy the product rely on the advertisement instead of the real need of the consumer goods. I agree with the above

45、statement for the following reasons.Firstly, In over countries, many advertisement companies advertise their product with famous and popular actor, singer. Especially youngsters get attracted towards the advertisement and buy the product that their favorite actor advertises it, although they do not

46、really need the product. Being healthy or beautiful is their logo and they attach the advertised goods to this logo. Consumers think without it they lose further than spending on it.Secondly, on the television the product looks gorgeous and good quality. There are wide variety of consumer goods are

47、introducing everyday in the market For instance, people gets mostly attracted towards facial products ,body lotions ,shampoo and conditioners and so on, without taking a minute consumers buy the products without comparing the quality, price and their needHowever, it should be taken in consideration

48、that some people only buy what they need. Some consumers compare quality, price. For example, Smart phones, Apple products like ipones, ipads, ipods, macbooks are popular throughout world, even though consumer buy the product by considering the use of the item. Advertisements have a great positive e

49、ffect to inform people wanting and searching new products to use their time effectively and comfortably. There is no option better than adds to introduce, as an example, home appliances to release busy house-wives to cater their children.In conclusion, I think the power of advertisements influence the consumer goods.
