46、效益有所提高,但由于教师素质的差异,对课改认识不足,教师普遍缺乏学习,语文教学在改革的路上出现了语文课堂上教师主导作用不明显,学生负担日益加重、高能耗低收益的教学模式依然存在、对课改技术的盲目崇拜和综合实践活动被漠视等偏轨现象,制约了新课标的落实和学生语文素养的提升。作为农村初中语文教师,必须保持清醒地头脑,正视存在的问题,从提高自身素质、转变观念入手,立足课堂和学生的终身发展,更新思想,改变教学方式方法,去伪存真,让语文课堂回归到民主、和谐的氛围中,加强管理,全面落实语文实践活动,从而让语文教育焕发生命的活力。关键词:初中语文 课堂教学 现状 对策measures planned imple
