24、的思想、新的方法去思考问题,解决问题。在这种情况下,积极探索新形势下的课堂教学模式,便成了全面提高教育教学质量的总抓手。潍坊市在实施新课程和素质教育的过程中,始终将优质高效课堂的研究作为重要突破口,在遵循教育教学规律和学生认知规律,不断改革教师的教学方式和学生的学习方式,大胆创新教学管理机制的同时,总结出基于先学后教,以学定教的“345 优质高效课堂 ”教学模式。“345 优质高效课堂” 中的 “345”是指“三步四环节五课型”,所谓“三步”是指每一堂课应该包括课前延伸、课内探究、课后延伸三个步骤。四环节是指课内探究过程要体现“ 自主学习、合作探究、精讲点拨、有效训练”四个环节。五课型是指每个
25、学科结合各自学科的具体特点,设计出五个基本课型。高中语文学科为文本新授课、复习训练课、检测讲评课、作文修改课、话题探究课。 二、“345 优质高效课堂”提出的背景(一)课堂教学中仍然存在的问题促进了课改的步伐。随着我市课程改革工作的不断深入和对课堂教学中存在问题的不断查找,我们发现目前的课堂教学仍然普遍存在着一些突出的共性问题:1、平铺直叙多,创设情境少。教学导入无悬念,无疑惑,无问题,无情境,简单直接,很少关注学生的兴趣、需要和新旧知识衔接与铺垫,不能很好的激发学生学习的欲望。2、教师讲得多,学生活动少。教师的讲解充斥课堂,老师以“讲”得好为最大满足,很少关注学生的感受、体验和需求,忽视了学

49、视活动的效益和及时反馈矫正,不关注教学目标的落实,更不能将教学目标“落实”到底。5、重复作业多,分层布置少。由于教师对每一个学生的认知水平和认知特点了解和研究得不够深入全面,作业设计不科学,缺乏针对性和有效性。巩固练习和整齐划一的作业多,启发学生思考、发展学生思维、培养学生能力和分层分类选择的作业少。6、课型研究少,课堂效率低。不少教师由于受规范办学行为之前的惯性影响,不少教师缺乏课型意识和优化教学流程意识,寄希望于“广种薄收”,把新知探索、巩固复习、检测讲评、阅读欣赏等课型上成一个模式,大大降低了教学效果。但是随着课堂授课时间的减少,课堂教学效率就成了决定教学质量的关键因素。7、题海战术多,有效延伸少。学生自主修习时间已大大增多,自主修习效率是决定学习成绩的重要因素。仅仅依靠题海战术的方式越来越受到挑战。关注学生自主时间,关注自主修习的方法和效率,关注学生综合素养的提升越来越受到重视。8、继续传统多,自主创新少。在传统观念的束缚和升学考试的重压下,教师在教学中仍采用传统教法,诸如重书本知识传授,轻实践能力培养;重学习结果,轻学习过程;重间接知识的学习,轻直接经验的获得;重教师的讲授,轻学生的探索;重视考试成绩,忽视整体素质提高等弊端依然在教学实践中普遍存在。而上述种种现象表明,新课程的理念还只是在教师的口头上,并没有落实到日常课堂教学中。当前
