Throughout the various international relations from the very beginning of formation of free idealism to the new realism, later to the dominance of behaviorism in
4、the Western international relations, the new liberal, and then the Second World War polarization, until ninety era, the collapse of the Soviet Union, the formation of the one superpower and many international relations, and still is such a situation, and now it was suggested that the hegemonic stabi
5、lity theory, I personally think this concept is derived from the polarization.Now the nations of the world rely on each other more and more, all of them undertake some responsibilities towards each other. The relations between them come from confrontation to cooperation, it strengthened the countrys
6、 economic and cultural exchanges between countries, and this is todays society whose theme is “peace and development“. But there are still some countries are destroying the mainstream, so that international relations are at a depth adjustment. The American diplomacy to strengthen the adjustment of u
7、nilateralism is obviously the largest impact on international relations; however, the other big countries are carrying out a positive adjustment, so the overall trend is stable. See from the long-term development, the multi-polarization trend will gradually win.In international relations, Chinas pos
8、ition and influence is increasingly apparent based on enhanced economic, military. So the relationship between China and neighboring countries are at the stage of a subtle change.What we think the most is the relationship with Japan. Japan committed a heinous crime in China during World War II, whic
9、h have cast a shadow over every Chinese persons heart. But we should face up the relations with Japan. After published a “Sino-Japanese Joint Statement, the Sino-Japanese Peace and Friendship Treaty“, the two countries established strategic interests and mutually beneficial relationship. In order to
10、 develop the Sino-Japanese relations healthily, first of all, the political trust between the two countries should be strengthened, the Sino-Japanese Joint Declaration and the principles should be abide by. We should keep the spirit of “learning from history, facing up the future“, understand and tr
11、eat historical issues correctly. Do not do things which will hurt peoples feelings. We must keep the one-China principle, handle Taiwan issue properly. Second, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation. Take effective measures to expand bilateral cooperation in the fields of trade, investment, science
12、and technology, energy, environmental protection, information, communication technology and finance to achieve mutual benefit and common development. Third, expand personnel exchanges to increase mutual understanding and deepen the friendly feelings between the two nations. Fourth, strengthen commun
13、ication and coordination between the two countries in regional and international affairs to jointly build a comprehensive and wide-ranging, multi-level Sino-Japanese friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation, a new pattern. This is a good outline of the Sino-Japanese relations. Sino-Japanese re
14、lations recently are a little less at peace for the Diaoyu Islands issue, Xian processions, and the Yellow Sea exercises incident. But I do believe these issues will be solute properly, the future of the Sino-Japanese relation is bright.Then comes the relations with India. India is a populous countr
15、y just as our country; both of us are developing countries. Since entered the 21st century, the two sides reach an agreement on security affairs, reaffirming that each other do not pose a threat towards each other, and we take a variety of “confidence-building measures.“ and began the process of the
16、rmal co-operation. But there are serious differences on certain issues, especially on the border issue, this issue has not been resolved yet, and it becomes a stumbling block during the development between the two countries; and in the military, India has been thinking China as a potential enemy, fi
17、nding fault with Chinas military equipment, engage in arms race from time to time, resulting in a tense atmosphere. First for improving the relationship between the two countries for further develop and consolidate the Sino-Indian strategic partnership, we should clear positioning and promoting reco
18、nciliation, clear thinking, policy development, positioning, and the spirit of mutual benefit and win-win, in the direction of the competition lead to the healthy development of competitive harm to resolve to a minimum. Strengthen exchanges, enhance friendship, strengthen trust, in-depth development
19、 of bilateral relations; is necessary to identify and consolidate Sino-Indian strategic cooperation point. This will be more conducive for the two governments to cooperate smoothly; and then properly solve problems left over by history. We believe that with mutual political trust, economic and trade
20、 exchanges, cultural exchanges increasing, China and India is bound to create common prosperity between the two countries, bring the 2.4 billion people a tremendous well-being, and will also contribute a lot to peace and development both in Asia and the world.These are my view on the relations betwe
21、en China and neighboring countries. I firmly believe that under the chance of reform and opening up, China will have closer cooperation with neighboring countries, even with the rest of the world, the international economic and relations will be more and more prosperous, they together will bring the
