3、above Euros 500,000 and has effectively paid the sum of Euros 500,000 then he can apply for Bank financing for the balance.第一点，如果申请人购买超过 50 万欧元的房产，其中 50 万欧元实际已支付，则超过50 万欧元的部分可申请银行贷款。In the second place if the applicant signs a preliminary or promissory agreement to purchase a property and has deposi
4、ted the sum of Euros 500,000 into an escrow account, then the Final Deed of Sale and Trasfer can be signed after the issue of the TRP but not later than the first year from when the TRP is issued. In this way, the applicant is guaranteed to have acquired a TRP prior to the Final Deed of Sale and Tra

6、求。He must be over 18 years of age申请人必须年满 18 周岁He must have a clean criminal conduct certificate.申请人必须拥有无犯罪记录证明The property acquisition process would normally involve the signing of a provisional agreement wherein a nominal deposit would be expected to be deposited. This deposit is forfeitable. Withi
7、n a reasonable period a further percentage would be expected to be deposited. There is no hard and fast rule and this would be established by agreement between the parties. Then within three months the full purchase price is required to be deposited and the Final Deed of Sale and Transfer signed. Al
8、l these do not require the presence of the Purchaser and can be effected through fully legalised Power of Attorney. These Identity Cards would give the holder
10、 the right of free medical care and the right of free schooling. Their presence appears also required to open a Bank Account in Portugal. 11、过该分行亲自开设银行账户。By the new policy requirements, the residency requirements have been reduced dramatically, In fact in the first year the minimum stay is seven (7) days, in the second and third year together the minimum residency requirement is fourteen (14) days and in the fourth and fifth year togethe

After the sixth year he can apply for citizenship.五年之后，TRP 持有者可继续延续五年临居，或申请永居。六年之后，可申请入籍。
