1、摘 要本工程为华润苏果超市通风空调工程设计。该建筑共 4 层，总高 21.6m，总建筑面积 37796.17，空调面积 18509.63。空调系统总冷负荷 2168kw,总热负荷 1747w，冷冻站设于地下室。通过对空气源热泵、溴化锂吸收式制冷机组加热交换器及离心式冷水机组加热交换器三种冷热源方式的技术经济比较，认为离心式冷水机组加热交换器的冷热源方案最为佳。选用型号为 WSC087 的离心式冷水机组作为本工程冷源，ZRQ100 真空热水锅炉作为本工程的热源。通过空调方案的优缺点及适用场合的比较，并结合本工程实际情况，一至三层超市大厅采用全空气空调系统，其余部分采用了风机盘管加独立新风的半集中

6、other rooms. The air system and the water system of air-conditioning system and the cooling and heating resources room are then designed in turn.
