Alice Sales Manager 这里要插几句话,不插入超连接或图片,是因为第一封邮件,带这些,很可能对方网速不好的时候,影响下载看你邮件,而更严重的是,对于陌生邮件地址,有连接的话,即使是通过畅想外贸管理软件的邮件系统,也可能被对方反垃圾邮件系统默认为垃圾邮件,这样的话,你就惨了。好了,开发信正文主体写好了,就要谈谈结束语了。结束语部分一般来说问题不大,但是很多人不经意见就喜欢写个什么:Hope you good every day. Be Happy Every day 等等这样的中式英语,这个在中国人之间调侃,可能不觉得什么,但是老外看到这里,会觉得你特

15、老土的。事实上,比较简单直接的 HAVE A NICE WEEKEND! BEST WISHES! BEST REGARDS!就都可以了。 最后,就是签名了。开发信,因为是第一封邮件,建议纯文本就好了: NAME: TITLE: COMPANY: TEL: FAX: EMAIL: WEB: 如果不是第一封邮件,建议签名可以设点特色,弄点花样,花点心事,弄的与众不同点,可以把自己产品特色,照片等都可以设计进去。 好了,开发信发出了,就等回信了,如果没有回,也别灰心,很多时候,你得到的电子邮件地址,很可能未必就是你的买家的,石沉大海的情况比比皆是,我们要做的就是继续努力,这个需要勤奋和机遇的。遇见一个人回了,就要努力想办法跟进。必要的时候,可以电话跟进。 还有人在问发开发信要不要设置要求已读回执?我建议还是要回执比较好,有 3 个好处: 1、你可以看,你发了 30 封邮件,有多少封是 read,有多少封是 deleted without read ;可以确定自己邮件标题或者内容好不好? 2、事实上,对于已读邮件,你就可以跟进写第 2 封邮件了,试着发下电子目录了。对于未度而直接删除的邮件,而你又确定他们在做你的产品的话,如果你愿意,可以试着换下标题,再发发邮件; 3、一般回执里邮件地址前,可能有联系人的姓名,这个很有用哦。
