4、ir surging equipment should be started 24 hours in advance; with regard to the ceramic bushing, support insulator, and the electro-ceramic revolving shaft in the insulator compartment, they must be ventilated, heated and dried, avoiding dew condensation, ash accumulation, electricity creepage and pe
5、netration. 1.4 炉、窑或其他生产机械投入运行前开动主风机，使烟气走旁路烟道，无旁路烟道，则通过电除尘器电场、对电场内电极系 统进行预热干燥。生产不正常时，不准向电场投送直流电。 1.4 Start the main fan before running the furnace, kiln and other machines so as to let the fume bypass other ducts; if theres no bypass, then preheat 3and dry the electrode system in electric field throu

If the operation is abnormal, no direct current is allowed to be sent to the electric field. 1.5 生产稳定正常时，投入高压电源使用，最初，电位器旋钮不宜旋得过多，即直流电压不宜投入太高，起晕后，逐步升压， 到火花放电以下，稳定一段时间后，电场不出现局部爬电闪络击穿现象后，再升压至最佳火花 频率范围，一般在 30-50次/min 最佳。投运后，应转向自动控制。 1.5 When the produ
7、ction is normal and stable, high-voltage power supply can be used. At first, it is better to rotate a litter of the potentiometer button, that is to say, the DC voltage shouldnt be too high, a fter the corona appears, increasing voltage step by step until lower than spark discharging. After it is st
8、able for some time, if there is no local creepage flashover or penetration, then increase voltage till it is in optimum range of spark frequency, usually 30-50 times/min. 10、urrent value adapt to system needs, and avoid frequent penetration. 1.8 视电场灰斗内积灰情况，定时开动卸灰阀和运灰螺旋输送机，将积灰卸下运走。任何时候也要防止灰斗积灰过满和卸空现象发生。 1.8 Start the ash unloading valve and spiral conveyer to remove the ash if there is ash inside the hopper. At any time the full ash accumulation and empty discharge pheno
11、menon should be avoided. 42、临时停机 2、Temporary stop 2.1 当主机设备停运时，电除尘器可以临时停机，停机时要从末电场到前电场逐个切断可控硅-硅整流变压器的一次电源，后使热风清扫系统，振打机构继续运行一个时间，特别是振打要投入连续振打状态。直到电极积灰清理干净后，方停止振打。 2.1 When the main equipment stops, the electrostatic precipitator can be temporarily stopped, at this time, cut off one time power supply

14、时停机处理，但振打机构至少连续振打 4h 后方可停机。热风加热系统随后停止。灰斗内灰全部卸空，打开人孔门使电除尘器内部降温。 3.1 When the electrostatic precipitator stops for a long time due to long or short term of maintenance, we can consider this as temporary stop, but the rapping should last at least 4 hours before stopping, and then the hot air heating sy
15、stem is stopped subsequently. Ash inside the hopper is discharged totally, open manhole door to cool the temperature inside the electrostatic precipitator. 3.2 隔离开关刀头接地， 电场或加接地棒接地， 以免人员进入电场内造成危害 （残存静电击伤） 。 53.2 Connect the knife head of isolating switch to the ground, and the electric field or groun
16、ded bar to the ground so as to prevent damage caused by entering people (injured by remaining static electricity) 3.3 如果电除尘器不需大、中修而长期停机，应关闭人孔门。定期将热风加入电场，以对电极系统预热，防止金属构件锈蚀。 3.3 Manhole door should be closed if the electrostatic precipitator is unnecessary to stop for a long time because of long or me

Put hot air into electric field regularly to preheat electrode system and to ward off rust of metal components. 4、日常维护 4 Daily Maintenance 4.1 每年检查一次接地系统， 测量接地电阻值， 如发现锈蚀和电阻超出原数值时，应进行处理。 4.1 Check the grounded system annually and measure ground resistance value, quick action should
18、be carried out if there are phenomena of rust and resistance value going beyond the original one. 4.2 每年检查一次接触器、开关、继电器等低压电器的线圈，触头和动作是否可靠，清扫、调整，发现损坏者进行更换。 4.2 Check annually the following things: the airing of low-voltage electrical instruments such as contactor, switch, relay, etc. Check whether the
19、 contactor and its action are secure, clean or needs to be adjusted and any found damaged ones should be replaced. 4.3 高压硅整流变压器按制造厂说明书进行维护。 4.3 High-voltage silicon rectifying transformer should conduct maintenance according to description from the manufacturer. 4.4 每周清试一次绝缘支柱、瓷套管、电瓷转轴灰尘。每 3 个月详细检查一
20、次上述电瓷绝缘子有无裂纹、积灰破损情况，发现异常及时处理，问题严重的进行更换。 4.4 Surge weekly the ash on the insulation stanchion, ceramic bushing and electro-ceramic revolving shaft. Check every three months carefully whether the above electro-ceramic insulation is cracked or with thick ash, 6early treatment is advisable, and change f
21、or new ones if seriously damaged. 4.5 电阻加热元件每 3 个月检查一次，发现损坏者及时更换。 4.5 Check resistance heating elements every three months and change for new ones if damaged. 4.6 测温元件每 6 个月检查一次，可重新调整或更换。 4.6 Check temperature-measuring element every six months and they can be re-adjusted or replaced. 4.7 每班应检查振打传动机
22、构是否是工作正常，保险销或保险片是否异位，减速机油位如何，如有异常应更换和加油。 4.7 Each shift workers should check up rapper drive mechanism is working well or not, safety pin or safety piece are in right position or not, how about the oil level of reducer, change it and add oil if there is something abnormal. 4.8 减速机在每次电除尘器大修时均应做解体检查，或
23、按制造厂说明书，要求进行维修。 4.8 Dismantle and check the reducer at each long-term maintenance time, or maintain it in light of instruction from the manufacturer. 4.9 每次停机只要电除尘器内部温度降到人可以进入时都要进行下列项目检查。 4.9 The following items must be examined at every machine-stop time when the temperature inside the electrostati
24、c precipitator is reduced until it is proper for people to enter. 4.9.1 电晕极大、小框架有无弯曲变形，电晕线是否断线，掉齿开裂。 4.9.1 Maximum Corona, small frame is deformed or not, corona cable is disconnected or not, the dropping gear is open. 4.9.2 极间距有无变化。 4.9.2 Whether the space between two poles changes or not. 4.9.3 检查
25、各个振打轴上螺栓有无松动，耐磨套的磨损情况，尘中轴承座磨损情况。 4.9.3 Check the bolts, the abrasive degree of abrasion-resistant bushing and of middle bearing support. 74.9.4 检查振打锤头有无开裂，撞击点有无偏斜，砧铁上焊缝有无裂纹、掉头发生。各部螺栓是否松动。 4.9.4 Check whether the rapper head is open, whether the impingement point is precise, whether the weld seam in
26、anvil iron is cracked and head-dropping, whether all bolts are tight. 4.9.5 清除电晕极侧向振打瓷轴及轴端聚四氟乙烯板上的积灰。 4.9.5 Remove the ash on rapper ceramic shaft at corona pole side and that on the shaft end of polytetrafluoroethylene plate. 4.9.6 清扫保温箱或箱形梁内的支柱绝缘子，瓷套管、电缆终端盒上的灰尘。 4.9.6 Clean the ash on stanchion in
27、sulator inside thermal insulation box or box-shape beam, ceramic bushing and cable terminal boxes. 4.9.7 热风管有无保温层脱落，系统漏风现象。 4.9.7 Whether the thermal insulation of hot air pipe is stripped off, check air leakage of the system. 4.9.8 检查人孔门密封情况。 4.9.8 Check the seal of manhole door. 4.9.9 灰斗内积灰情况。 4.9
28、.9 Check whether there is accumulative ash inside the hopper. 4.10 各振打轴上耐磨套外径磨损大于 3mm 时，尘中轴承座磨损超过 2mm 时应调整更换。 4.10 When the outer diameter abrasion of abrasion- resistant bushing on each rapper shaft is 3mm, and the abrasion of middle bearing s upport is 2mm, both should be replaced. 4.11 运行中值班人员要做好
29、电除尘器的一、二次电压，电流，进出口烟气温度，主风机运行电压、电流、闸门开度，卸运灰时间等记录工作。 4.11 On-duty workers should make exact records during equipment running on first and second voltage, and current of electrostatic precipitator; on inlet and outlet fume temperature; on running voltage, current and strobe of main fan; on unload time.
30、 4.12 对于 4.1、4.2、4.3、4.4 等项要做检查记录。 84.12 Make records on the check result of the above 4.1,4.2, 4.3 and 4.4. 二、电除尘器操作维护规程 二 Regulations on operation maintenance of electrostatic precipit ator. 1、开机前准备 1 Precondition before starting. 1.1 开机前，检查电场内是否有杂物，阴阳极板间是否有短路，开路现象，用2500V 摇表测定电极之间绝缘电阻，证明电场处于良好状态。
31、1.1 Before starting, clear away all the sundries inside electric field, check whether there is short circuit among cathode and anode plates; check open circuit; measure insulation resistance between electrodes with 2500V instrument to prove the electric field is in good state. 1.2 清扫保温箱或箱形梁内的高压瓷瓶、电缆
32、终端头、瓷套管、电瓷转轴，使其保持完整无击穿、裂纹和爬电痕迹，清洁无水滴附着，无短路现象，关闭人孔门防止漏风。热风管头无粉尘堵塞。 1.2 Clean the following inside thermal insulation box and box-shape beam: high-voltage ceramic bottle, cable terminal head, ceramic bushing and electro-ceramic revolving shaft in order to make them intact without penetration, crack an
33、d creepage, short circuit; dry them after cleaning and close manhole door. Hot air pipe head should not be blocked by ash. 1.3 所有振打机构转动灵活，锤头与砧铁无松动、错位偏斜、脱落、卡死。所有螺栓无松动，脱焊现象。 1.3 Make sure all the rapper mechanism rotate agilely; rapper head touch closely to anvil iron, avoiding displacement, dropping
34、and being clipped. Ensure all bolts are tight and no out-welding. 1.4 检查主风机烟道闸门是否灵活准确，应使其处于关闭状态，柜上开度表指零位。风机油水循环系统是否畅通，风机风叶无磨损卡死现象。 1.4 Check the strobe of main fan fume duct, and it should stay closed with the indicating meter on work table showing zero. Check whether fan oil-water circulation syste
35、m is free, multi-vane of fans are free from abrasion and being clipped. 91.5 卸灰阀、输送机应转动灵活，无卡住现象。 1.5 Unload hopper valve and the conveyor should work smoothly. 1.6 控制室的高压间（或户外式高压整流变压器室-本体顶部）是否有人工作或有杂物。变压器电抗器接线完好，证明无异常现象发生时关闭栅栏门门联锁闭合，用钥匙锁好。然后将高压隔离开关刀头由“接地”转向“电场”位置，取下钥匙，保存好。 1.6 High voltage compartme

37、 knife head from grounded state to electric field position, finally put aside the key. 1.7 控制柜上各仪表（除电源电压表以外）指零值，所有开关处于零或“分”位置，将可控硅调压电位器旋钮旋到最小位置。各熔断器熔丝无熔断现象。 1.7 Each instrument on control cubicle, except power supply voltmeter, must be in zero position and all the switches staying in zero or “dispar
38、t”position; adjust electric level button of the controll able silicon voltage-adjusting to minimum position; make sure all fuses are normal. 1.8 所有接地点均无断线发生，接地充分良好。 1.8 Make sure all the grounded points are connected well. 1.9 电加热系统的热风机、热风炉及热风管道通电运行无异常现象发生时，送电预热瓷绝缘子，以防止受潮爬电。 1.9 Electric heating sys
39、tem, involving hot fan, hot furnace and hot air duct, must be supplied with power and work well, then give power and preheat ceramic insulator to prevent from moisture creepage. 1.10 炉、窑点火时或炉、窑处于不正常状态下不准开机。 1.10 It is forbidden to start if there is abnormal phenomenon when igniting furnace and kiln.
40、 2、开机运行 102 Start equipment. 2.1 值班人员接到通知开机指令后，并经检查电除尘器各部位证明无异常现象。合上主控回路自动开关 1ZK，1KK 扭向集中控制位置，按下启动按钮 1QA，启动整个系统，时间继电器 SJ1 计时，灯铃信号警示。启动时间 2-10min 后，灯铃停止，接通控制开关回路。 2.1 After receiving safety order of starting, on duty workers should check and make sure every part of the electrostatic precipitator is w
41、ell functioned. Then close automatic switch of main control loop 1ZK, while 1KK turning to concentrative control position, press start button 1QA and then the whole system is started, time relay SJ1 begins to time, the light and bell alarm. After 2-10min starting, the light and bell stop alarming an
42、d put through control switch circuit. 2.2 合上自动开关 2ZK，开关 2KK 接通全电阻加热器，扭动主控开关 3KK 接通启动热风机 1D，相应信号灯指示，证明热风清扫系统投入运行，对电瓷绝缘子预热、烘干。 2.2 Close automatic switch 2ZK, while switch 2KK switching on all resistance heaters, rotate main control button 3KK and the hot fan 1D is powered on with the corresponding li

48、field can gain high efficient ash removal. 2.6 扭动主控开关 4KK 手柄由右向左位置，实现二、三电场周期性程序振打。二电场可调周期为 4-20min；三电场可调周期为 5-30min. 2.6 Turn main control switch 4KK from right to left to get periodical program rapping of second and third electric field. The changeable cycle of the second electric field is 4-20min
