4、10 m高，可 开发和利用的风能储量有25310 kW ，海上75 10 kW。东南沿海、山东、辽宁沿海及其岛屿年平 均风速达到69 ms；内陆地区如内蒙古北部，甘 肃、新疆北部以及松花江下游也属于风资源丰富区。 截至2005年底，国内共有43个风电场，累计装机近 1300台，容量达到76410 kW。2006年中国累计 风电机组3311台，装机容量259910 kW，风电 场91个，分布在16个省(市、区、特别行政区)。,潜力,生物柴油：民营企业小规模生产，大型企业积极发展目前我国生物柴油发展以民营企业为主，已经 建成了一些小型生产装置，总产能1l10 ta，主要 以地沟油、植物油脚为原料。
