11、，并对本单元所学的单词、词组与句子进行归纳、总结，并灵活运用到听、说、读、写的各项训练中；口语表达和小结训练将单元要点进行汇总复习，为整个单元的学习画上一个完满的句号。(三)当堂评价方案( 详见当堂训练部分)Teaching Reflection【教学反思 】本节课是一节阅读写作课，这节课通过引导学生阅读文段，以及引导学生模仿写海报，一方面了解了招聘各种不同人才的招聘用语，另一方面能够清楚地表达自己的需求和要求。一节课下来学生基本上能够熟练地朗读课文，能够写招聘广告。这节课容量较大，由于在课前精心设计好了阅读的思路，通过由浅入深的问题引导，一步步地完成了阅读的任务。阅读的任务完成了，模仿写作的任务也就水到渠成了。
