8、RC shall be sent immediately to Bureau Veritas Surveyor. so that Bureau Veritas Surveyor will give the shipping release to the vendor.Where a partial shipment is made, the inspection release certificate is issued for each shipment and inspector shall confirm the percentage (%) indicated in the certi

10、e, the vendor is requested official MDB submit to supervisor after of the Inspection work.因此，制造厂应在检验工作后向监理（supervisor）递交正式 MDB。As such case, inspector should make sure that the MDB had been reviewed by respective vendor and Bureau Veritas surveyor before sending to supervisor.Vendor Inspector shall
11、sign the MDB in the space provided, which shall be prepared by Vendor.The Bureau Veritas surveyors responsibility remained until the MDB has been approved by supervisor10因此，检验员应确认 MDB 在递交监理（ supervisor）时，已经被工厂监理（supervisor）检验师审核过。工厂检验员应在 MDB 上签名确认，MDB 应用工厂准备，监理（supervisor）检验师有责任保留 MDB 直到它被监理（supervi
