12、he process and its “Maintenance Work Order Completion Report” is to record the detail of the maintenance activity into SAP system, e.g. the cause of failure and man-hour etc. The information in the SAP system will be the history of the equipments, which is to facilitate for analyzing the man-hour an

32、is not right1.9.其他说明 Other Information 要求将维修活动的具体情况，如故障的实际原因，备件的耗用，工时等在维修工单确认时进行记录及更新。The process require recording and updating the detail of the maintenance activity, e.g, the cause of failure, and man-hour etc. 领料余料被退还仓库后，实际耗用备件的成本将在维修工单里被更新。After Spare parts left are returned to warehouse. Cost
33、of actual spare parts will be reflected in the maintenance order在货物出库的过程中，备件的费用能自动准确的进入维修工单里。Spare part costs can be automatically posted into maintenance order at the goods issue process工厂的维修的KPI 考核报告，如 PMR%, 额外时间和劳动力的使用等，能从工单上被准确的计算出来。 系统能轻易而准确的产生这些KPIs考核报告。Maintenance KPIs such as plant attainmen
34、t, PMR%, overtime and labor utilization should be calculated directly from the work orders. It should be possible to generate reports containing these KPIs from the system with ease and accuracy4完成维修工作后，在维修工单技术关闭之前，需要将 每个维修通知单进行更新，并将通知单进行关闭。Each notification will be updated with technical informatio
35、n (e.g. object part, and damage cause) and change the status to NOCO (notification completed) after finish the maintenance works 5IW42 工单确认中的“记账日期 ”为工单中发生的费用记账的日期。6.上月在 SAP 系统中进行的 IW42 工单确认，本月若因其它原因需要进行工单确认取消，然后再进行工单确认时，必须注意将过账日期更改为上月的日期，否则，财务的帐目将不平。1.10.改进分析 Improvement Analysis 1该流程要求将维修活动的具体情况，如故
