16、之前要扫清词汇的障碍。这是个互动的 flash，可以让学生到前面来操作，其他同学在下面自己的纸上写。避免了一个人做，几十个人看的情况。然后，就引入奥运会第一天的节目单，让学生讨论自己喜爱的奥运项目的同时让学生学会正确使用 betweenand 和 fromto。接下来，是由谁在奥运会上跑得最快，引出 before, after 和 until 这三个单元，巧秒借助于四川地震中的一些图片来让学生学会 before, after 和 until这三个词的意思。最后是由一个女孩在做作业，爸爸在观看奥运会而引出 while 和 as 这两个单词的用法。在整个第三部分 Presentation and practice 中，大量的动画和练习让学生不断受到刺激。强化他们对于这些抽象语法的认识。第四步，就是 Competition。比赛活动是学生比较喜欢的学习方式。以竞赛形式贯穿口头检测学生的学习状况是该部分教学设计的亮点。在比赛过程中，学生反应积极，讨论热烈，思维活跃，竞争激烈，教学效果比较令人满意，同时在教学过程中，充分并合理安排学生的合作活动，让他们在合作探究中共同提高，收到了较好的效果。在完成口头的操练后，还要回到笔头上来。最后安排了四个练习，就是从笔头上保证学生的学习效果。
