8、t motortechnologies - AC induction, DC series, DCseparately excited and DC permanent magnetare supported.Insulated Metal Substrate (IMS) technology isfully utilized to provide state-of-the-art thermalperformance and exceptional reliability. Theinnovative design means there is no internalcabling or i
9、nter-board connections, as well asproviding direct heatsinking for all componentsand terminals. This increases reliability andenables Sigmadrive to provide a higher power-to-size ratio than competitive controllers of thesame rating.Dual traction applications can be easily andeffectively addressed by
10、 connecting two con-trollers in a master-slave configuration. The speedoutput of each is then determined by the steeringangle of the vehicle. In this mode of operation,there is a great deal of flexibility offered by anumber of specialist programmable parameters,thereby ensuring smooth comfortable co
11、ntrolunder all conditions. Assured gradient controlcomes via selectable Hill-hold and Restraintfunctions, which are designed to hold the vehiclesteady even when no drive signal is present.CANbus communication provides a safe andreliable electrical connection method to gaugesand programmers, as well
