6、、资金以及对外拉赞助都需要校团委的审批，且审批程序十分复杂。就某校而言，要求社团宣传通过申请在专用地进行，这在很大程度上影响了宣传效果。在赞助方面，团委的审批也比较严格，而且对于公益型社团而言，在赞助方面学校的管制较严，也一定程度上阻碍了社团的发展。First, the management system of colleges and universities bondageMost of the current college students Association is to carry out the work under the unified management of the

21、est organizations in Colleges and universities also exist public fund opaque, dark operation nature, resulting in college students in public interest organizations exist crisis.六、解决方案 （1 ） 适度放宽对社团的束缚。团委应该尽量精简审批程序，进而提高双方的工作效率；其次，校团委应给予公益社团大力的支持和高度关注。根据社团大小和实际情况，划出专项经费支持社团活动。最后，应给予社团相对自由的发展空间，利于社团发挥自主
