2、orrhage after craniotomy bleeding causes and prevention measures. MethodsWe retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 15 patients with hemorrhage from 150 patients with cerebral hemorrhage from January 2014 to July 2016 in Hechuan Longchuan County Peoples Hospital, and analyzed the causes and pr
3、evention of postoperative rebleeding measures. Results Patients with postoperative bleeding occurs because more surgery to stop bleeding and thoroughness, Glasgow score, intracranial pressure, the degree of blood loss, blood pressure, blood clotting function, operation start time and so on. The prog
4、nosis of patients with critical condition degree (GCS score) and found that early-late rebleeding related to this group of 15 patients before surgery in 11 cases, conservative treatment in 2 cases, 1 case gave up treatment, one died. Conclusion Intraoperative hemostasis is complete, GCS score, intra
5、cranial pressure, blood loss, blood pressure changes, coagulation function, the beginning of surgery and other patients with bleeding is closely related to the existence of bleeding is not reliable for postoperative bleeding again The Intraoperative complete hemostasis and maintenance of patients wi
