1、1Unit8 Whats Your Dream 【单元总目标】本单元的教学内容是以梦想为主要话题,通过对职业的复习,引入对新课的讲,让学生展望未来、畅谈理想,在学习语言知识的同时,努力帮助学生形成积极的情感态度,树立将康的人生观,并鼓励他们为实现梦想而努力奋斗,使之具备明确的学习目标。本单元的主要功能结构有:What is your dream? I want/hope to be a / an and Did you have a dream when you were young? Yes. I wanted / hoped to be a / an . and .要求学生能熟记本单元的新
2、授词汇,能理解并熟练使用本单元的功能语句进行会话,并完成相关的语用活动。本单元的教学分为 4 个课时。第一课时以 Part A 中 Lets learn 部分的词汇教学为主,教学内容紧扣时代脉搏,能有效扩充学生的视野;第二课时学习 Part A 中 Lets talk 部分的对话,理解课文话题内容和意义所在,并能运用所学功能结构进行语用练习,从而能学以致用,较真实地、畅所欲言地表述自己的梦想,并从现在开始立志为实现自己的梦想而努力奋斗;第三课时学习 Part B 的 Lets learn more 部分,该部分是虚拟互联网发帖回帖的语篇教学,通过以互联网为载体的语篇学习,进一步加强和拓展运用本

14、,教师可用 repeat 的方式纠正)(2)巩固活动1. 教师播放 Lets learn 部分的录音,让学生边看图边跟读本部分的词汇。2. 采用学生领读、组内互助学习等方式拼读短语。操练活动的设计与实施建议(Practice Activities)(1)“幸运沙包”游戏教师手拿沙包随意抛给一位学生,问道:What do you want to be?该学生回答 I want / hope to . 后可以继续拋出沙包。如果遇到表达有问题的学生教师要委婉地予以纠正。这个游戏随机性较大,便于教师更全面地检测学生的学习效果,而且随着年龄的增长,六年级学生在课堂上主动性和积极性都有所下降,以游戏的方式
