21、一教材1教材的地位与作用:Unit10 Im going to be a basketball player. 这单元通过复习和学习一些关于职业的词汇,用 be going to 谈论长大以后打算做什么以及打算怎样实现目标,本课是这单元的重点课,学好本课将为进一步学习一般将来时的用法打下良好的基础。2教学目标:(1).知识目标:掌握本课重点词汇、短语和句型。New words :resolution、 instrument、faxes、foreign、lady、over、reader、Important phrases1.新年决心 New Years resolution2.组建足球队 mak

24、words、important phrases and main sentences knowledge. 重点句型和语法:用 be going to 表示一般将来时。难点是一般将来时 be going to 中 be 的具体形式和后面接动词原形的用法, 而学生根据自己喜欢的职业,运用所学知识谈论自己打算怎样做来实现目标则既是难点,又是能力训练点。确立教学目标的依据:根据英语课程标准规定,通过听、说、读、写的训练,使学生获得英语基础知识和为交际初步运用英语的能力,激发学生的学习兴趣,总结学习英语的方法,为进一步学习打好初步的基础。此外,根据我国国情和外语教学大纲的要求,现阶段外语教学的素质教育

25、主要包括思想素质教育、目的语素质教育、潜在外语能力的培养、非智力因素的培养等四方面。二. 学生:1大班教学,学生语言实践机会少,程度不一,整体教学中较难兼顾到具体对象,容易两极分化,通过各种合作学习的活动,可以照顾学习英语有困难的学生,尽可能多地为他们创造语言实践的机会,促使学生互相学习,互相帮助,体验集体荣誉感和成就感,发展合作精神。2根据学生脸皮薄,怕犯错,不敢开口,“哑巴英语”的现象比较严重的情况,在教学中关注学生的情感,努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围,尊重每个学生,积极鼓励他们大胆尝试,保护他们的自尊心和积极性。3中学生活泼、好动、好胜心强、可塑性大,在教学过程中,注意设置情境,倡

26、导其活动参与,并引进小组竞争机制,更好地激发学生的学习兴趣,提高课堂效率。三教学过程:1.根据英语五步教学法“组织课堂复习热身导入新课新知操练巩固反馈”来开展教学,通过 chant 热身,复习学过的 Be going to do 句型。根据学生好奇、好胜的特点,接着进行对话接龙游戏,通过了解同学的新年计划进行对话操练,并通过听力训练、做调查、小组竞赛、任务阅读等形式进一步熟练句型。使学生更快更好地识记,巩固所学知识,提高灵活运用能力。2.教学过程设计:1)任务课前:问候及自由对话给学生一个心情愉快轻松的氛围,引导学生进行相应回答。进行 chant 的热身活动可激发学生的学习兴趣,还起到了温故知

27、新的作用,然后导入本单元课题。趁热打铁进行对话接龙,进一步熟练句型和对话。通过看听说形成强烈的感官刺激,强记本节课的关键短语和句型,为后面的两项活动扫清语言结够上的障碍,做好铺垫。2)任务中:Listening Practice 播放听力前要让学生了解练习的意图和要完成的任务。然后再播放两遍听力,完成 2a/2b就不难了。如果时间允许,再让学生跟读听力材料加深理解。这同时也为接下来的 Pairwork 所需语言结构提供了模式。3)任务型阅读:3a 阅读篇幅较大,先让学生划出新年计划,然后填表格,考验学生总结归类等信息输出能力。最后让学生通过单选进一步理解文章内容。4)任务后:A:采访报告:结合

28、 2a、2b 听力重点短语和句型,进行采访和对话,锻炼学生的口语交际能力。Report 部分锻炼学生在口头报告的操练后进行笔头训练。B:讨论方法:3a 中很多人想学习一门新的语言。通过对怎样提高英语的讨论,增强大家学习英语的决心,并为之而努力。5)小结与作业:最后综合大家的讨论给出学习英语的一些建议。用恰当的谚语来鼓励学生并对学生进行情感教育。并布置写作任务,结合自己的英语学习故事,强化学生对英语学习方法的思考,进一步提高成绩。四教法1“Teach English in English”: 即新课标倡导的“用英语教英语”,尽量用英语教学,创造英语课堂良好的听的环境,让学生充分感知,积极体验,大

29、胆实践,把握用英语交际的机会,鼓励学生大胆开口说英语。2突出重点,突破难点:通过听力训练、小组竞赛、做调查等多种形式反复操练重点句型,巩固所学知识,提高灵活运用能力,通过操练中人称的变化和幻灯片展示帮助学生更好地领会语法。3任务型教学法:倡导体验参与,培养自主学习能力。布置任务,让学生带着任务有目的地上课,并在课堂学习中不断获得完成此任务所必须的知识、能力、技能等,为最终完成任务作全面的准备。4. 游戏教学法:新课标倡导的“玩中学,学中玩 ”的理念很受学生欢迎。5.竞赛教学法:根据初中生争强好胜的性格特征,在课堂内引进小组竞争机制,提高团体活动效率,加强团体凝聚力,激发学生的求知欲和参与意识。

30、6借助多媒体辅助教学,形象、生动,使课堂容量相对增加,给学生提供更多的语言实践机会,有利于综合语言运用能力的提高。7教具:电脑多媒体、录音机等。五学法1. 学会预习:发挥学生的主观能动性,变被动学习为主动学习,带着问题有目的地听课,可以更好地把握课堂的重点和难点,提高课堂效率。2在游戏中学习:在“玩中学,学中玩”,好玩是学生的天性,让学生轻松学习,体会学英语原来可以这么有趣,提高学习兴趣与热情。3合作学习:积极参与 2 人或 4 人小组对话或活动,相互交流,互帮互助,合作完成任务,培养团队精神,更好地掌握本课所学知识。4“为用而学,用中学,学了就用”:善于抓住用英语交际的机会,充分感知,联系实际,积极体验,大胆实践。六、小结与反思1 课堂气氛的调动是关键。2 创设计划未来的情境,让学生通过各种兴趣话题的活动熟练短语和句型。3 整合教材,舍掉重复内容 1a。时间把握要准确,不拖拉。4 声音大而清晰才能指令有效。
