19、宽度 B=35m 中央分隔带 3.0m左侧路缘带 20.75m行车道 211.25m硬路肩（含有侧路缘带） 23.25m土路肩 20.75m路面横坡：行车道、路缘带及硬路肩为 2%，土路肩为 3%。路堤边坡坡率为 1：1.5。坡脚设置宽度 1m 的护坡道，护坡道外侧设置梯形混凝土预制块边沟，边沟上口宽度 1.5m,底宽 0.5m,沟深 0.41.0m。本标段软基处理长度 5199 米，主要为宕渣路基，全部为填方，填方数量为 522840m3,主要处理方法有以下 3 种：塑料排水板+土工格栅塑料排水板+（超）载预压预应力管桩+土工格栅填筑速度按 1.0m/月控制，预压期按 12 个月控制。本标段
20、工程采用高质量可测深式塑料排水板，排水板总长度为 2988722m，填筑宕渣 522840 m3,预应力管桩采用直径 40cm 的先张法预应力薄壁管桩，壁厚 60mm，管桩总长度 134045m，涤纶 A 型土工格栅用量为 314339m2、B 型用量 56454 m2。由于本工程所在地区雨水多，为保证路基的稳定，沿线进行了综合排水设计，道路排水组成体系。路基两侧设置梯形砼边沟，边沟与排水沟涵洞或河道沟通，在路基边沟与农业灌溉渠道、通道相交处均采用立体交叉，即边沟设置涵洞或倒虹吸通过以上构筑物。中央分隔带采用凸型漫流式，内植草、栽种灌木，雨水漫流至路面与路面水一起慢流至路基边沟排除。路基土路肩

41、推土机配合人工，将淤泥规则地堆弃在坡脚外；当淤泥较深时，用挖掘机配合汽车作业，将淤泥运至弃土场。淤泥清除后，对路床进行一定时间的晾晒，以保证填前碾压的压实度。2.6、填方段清表，清出的表土按工程师指定区域堆积。3 砂砾垫层及碎石垫层施工3.1 垫层说明及工程量预压处理阶段，为有效排除地下水，并加快地基固结沉降速度，路堤基底 50cm 厚砂砾垫层，其含泥量不大于 5。为防止砂的流失及加强垫层排水作用，在垫层边缘设置了护脚砂带。软基处理地段砂砾垫层共有 105862m3。3.2 材料要求砂砾垫层在塑料排水板、预应力管桩端部，作为排水垫层。砂砾材料由中粗砂组成，最大粒径桩机就位 排水板插入 提升插管
42、割断板体成桩进入下一循环塑料排水板放样一般路段的砂砾垫层施工完成，经验收合格后，即可进行塑料排水板的放样，定位采用插竹片的方法。塑料排水板采用三角形布设，其间距为 1.31.5m。插打塑料排水板塑料排水板的插打，采用专用的塑料排水板插板机，如下图所示。塑料排水板插板机主要由门式导架、基座、支撑杆、插入管、卷扬机、振动锤、行走系统组成。其中插入管为 150mm 的钢管，下端固定有带开口的锚靴，并设有活动销。插打时将塑料排水板由插入管上端插入并在插入管下端锚靴处用活动销固定。将插入管对准桩位，调整插入管到竖直状，开动振动锤，塑料排水板随插入管一起进入地层，插打到设计深度后，开启卷扬机，此时在上拔力
43、的作用下，活动销随压入管一同上升，塑料排水板及锚靴由于受到土粘结力作用而留在土层中。随同插入管被拔出，新的排水板进入插入管，待插入管下端升至地面后，剪断排水板，用活动销将排水板固定、夹紧，移机至下一个排水板位置，继续下一个作业。当上拔排水板不顺畅时，不可盲目加大上拔力致使出现较长“回带“现象，此时应间断开启振动锤，减少土压力作用，同时慢慢进行上拔直至插入管升至地面。回带长度必须控制在规范误差范围内，否则需补打处理。对于拔管带出的泥土要及时清除。排水板的剪断位置应高出地面 30cm，然后顺板方向将其弯倒用砂覆盖，从而保证排水板的排水效果和防止暴露时间过长导致排水板出现老化而影响使用效果。塑料排水
44、板施工完成后，铺设第二层砂砾垫层覆盖塑料排水板。路基原地面砂砾垫层铺筑第一层 30cm 后，即埋设沉降板和位移观测桩，并测出初始值报监理工程师批准。沉降板埋设于路基中心和两侧路肩上，以备后期观测用；在等预压路段，沉降板应安装在路基顶部中心线上，纵向间距为 200m。桥头引道路堤，第一块沉降板从距桥台台背 10m 处开始，按路基中心线、左右两侧路肩内缘设置，其后，以 50m 的间距设置沉降板。施工过程中，应对沉降板采取可靠的保护措施，不使其变形和损坏。4、质量要求塑料排水板必须按设计和规范要求的质量指标采购、堆放，严禁遭到污染或使用过期产品。应避免紫外线直接照射，堆放时要做好覆盖工作。打设塑料排
