1、软件项目管理考试大纲成绩的评定分为三个部分:第一部分 平时作业,占20%,包括 收集、整理与分析一个案例,分析其中的得失 项目网络图的计算、分析与优化 挣值分析 软件项目工作量估算 成本的估算与预算第二部分 团队项目练习,占30%,团队项目练习中,项目的工作量大致为8个人月,涉及项目可行性研究、项目启动、计划、执行、监督与控制和收尾等项目管理5个过程组,9个知识领域中的项目管理可交付物的完成。运用 IBM Rational Portfolio Manager 或 MS Project、CVS 等软件工具完成一个团队项目,每个团队 6-8个学生组成,项目的工作量大致为8个人月,涉及项目可行性研究

2、、项目启动、计划、执行、监督与控制和收尾等项目管理5个过程组,9个知识领域,包括完成以下任务: 制定项目章程 制定项目范围说明书 项目需求管理 制定项目管理计划,包括制定 项目范围计划 项目进度计划 项目成本计划 项目质量计划 项目人力资源管理计划 项目沟通计划 项目风险管理计划 项目采购计划 项目整体管理计划 项目配置管理 项目执行过程中的管理包括项目日志、项目例会、项目管理信息系统的使用等 项目监督与控制管理包括项目变更管理,范围、进度、成本和质量的综合考虑与权衡,范围、进度、成本和质量等的控制等 项目收尾包括项目成果的移交和经验教训的总结。第三部分,期末考试,占50%包括基本概念、论述题

3、、判断题、选择题、计算题、案例分析题等形式,涉及项目管理知识体系中的5个过程组、9个知识领域中的概念、原理、技术、方法和工具的考核,项目管理职业道德与项目管理相关法律法规。重点考查的知识点有:项目、项目管理的概念与特点,软件项目估算的方法与特点,项目选择的方法,项目范围控制的方法与特点,项目网络图的计算、分析与优化,项目成本估算与预算,挣值分析方法,项目成本控制方法,软件质量概念与模型,项目合同管理,组织过程资产的建立与管理,项目人力资源管理,项目沟通管理模型与方法,项目风险定量分析方法。考试试卷一、 名词解释(20分)1 项目及其特点2 项目管理3 项目范围4 质量5 风险二、 简答题(10
