24、he Conditions of Contract (“these Conditions”), which include Particular Conditions and theseGeneral Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meaning stated. Words indicating persons or parties include corporation and other legal entities, except where the context requires othe

26、列出的其他文件（如果有）.“Contract Agreement” means the contract agreement referred to in Sub-ClauseContract Agreement, including any annexed memoranda.“合同协议书”系指第款合同协议书中所述的合同协议书及所附各项备忘录.“Employers requirements” means the document entitled employers requirements, asincluded in the Contract, and any additions and modifications to such document in accordance with the Contract. Such document specifies the purpose, scope, and/or design and/or other technical criteria, for the Works.
