Methods On the b
3、asis of the traditional upper blepharoplasty, using Park method of blepharoplasty to retain the orbicularis oculi muscle of the inferior incision margin above the tarsus, which can be firmly tied down with the superior margin of the tarsus. Results All 67 patients were treated with this method, and
4、followed up for 1 to 1.5 years. All patients were satisfied with the longterm outcome. No complication was observed. Conclusion The modified double eyelid blepharoplasty can keep the connection of the orbicularis oculi muscle anatomically, which can reduce the upper eyelids edema rapidly and make th
5、e radian of the double eyelids natural and longer-lasting. So this technique is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
