To deepen education reform, improve institutional mechanisms for the课程与教学实践调研报告新课程改革开始后,由于基础教育培养目标、课程体系的重建,要求转变教师教育观念和学生学习方式,学校文化建设呈现新的面貌,教育科研出现新的形势。认清新形势,驾驭新局面,对推进新课程实验,提高新课程教育质量具有决定性的意义。而物理教育适应于人们延续科技文化,传播社会知识,表达现象与本质,满足是什么为什么需求的愿望而产生。中学物理课程是学校对学生进行科学

22、教育以及专业的重要途径,在实施素质教育的过程中具有不可替代的作用。在新课程的实施过程中,我认为我校的物理教育教学的发展还是落在了其他相关学科的后面。对此,我针对我们学校物理课程实施现状进行了调查、分析、研究如下:一、 教育管理机关对物理教育的支持程度在这两年多的时间里,我校教师在海北州教育局的大力支持及青海省物理教研室的关怀下,结合各学校各教师的实际情况,带领全体教师参与新课程改革的实践与探索。通过聘请专家到我校进行“新课程专题讲座” 、以及多次的“物理课程研讨会” “物理课堂教学大赛” ,每学年组织进行的“物理教师新课程培训”等丰富多样,行之有效的活动,使我校物理教师从观念意识上有了极大的提

23、高、涌现出一批优秀的青年教师。二、校长与学校的管理层是否重视物理教育学校加强对在职教师培养和培训。专业教师每学年必须有自己的师父与徒弟,增强教师的专业技术。对于物理专业课教师,在不断提高他们学历层次和理论水平的同时,还要提高他们的实践能力和动手能力,使他们逐步成为“双师型”物理教师。课程改革的价值取向问题渗透在学校的每个课程决策中。物理课程是集中体现学校对自身课程使命的价值判断。在价值取向日益多元化的当代社会,对课程价值问题进行深入探讨是制订课程规划的基础。当前学校已经开始思考价值问题,并试图给出自己的答案。各校不约而同地将“以学生为中心”作为共同且唯一的目标。对此,学校需要进一步思考:学校的

45、我校物理师资队伍的基本情况我校高一目前共有 22 个教学班,有专任物理教师 9 位。学校大力培养“双师型教师队伍” ,是指教师既具有较高的专业理论水平,也具有较强的专业动手实践能力,甚至既能讲授专业课,又能指导技能训练;(如:我校的物理教师队伍另一个含义是指整体教师队伍的组成符合“双师型” 的要求,既是理论水平较高的专业课教师,又是动手能力和实践教学能力较强的实习指导教师,包括面向社会聘请的工程技术人员和高技能人才兼任专业课教师或实习指导教师。简而言之:“双师型”教师队伍就是“ 双师 ”素质与“ 双师”结构的专兼结合的教师队伍。同上所述本人认为中等职业学校物理教师大多数都符合“双师型”教师的以

46、上的条件。提高物理教师的实践能力和动手能力,使他们逐步成为“双师型”物理教师。 (例如我校加强物理教师的培训,主要采取校内培训和校外培训的两种形式。校内培训是指:本校教师实行接对子、拜师学艺-“青蓝工程” ,老教师之间相互接对子互相学习、拜师学艺是指年轻教师拜老教师为师学习老教师的教学经验和管理经验、同时老教师也向年轻教师学习先进的教学手段,相互促进相互提高共同学习共同提高教育教学效果。校外培训是指:教师利用寒暑假、高三对口高考后的时间到企业或者到各大美院培训实践) 。四、物理教学的开展情况。1.物理教材使用及课外教学资源开发情况 我校教师都能以正确的态度对待物理教学。按教材进度组织教学,尽最

47、大努力使用及开发课外教学资源。能够根据农村生活实际按教学要求利用废弃物品制作教具、物理模型,深受师生的欢迎。 2.配套物理教学设施设备配备情况我校的配套专门物理教室,物理教学设施,器材室等设施。另外我校物理教师充分发挥创造性,因地制宜,自制教具和学具,以弥补物理教育器材不足的问题。 3.物理兴趣小组开展情况我校两个专任教师每人带领一个兴趣小组定期组织学生进行物理训练,每周每组组织兴趣rapid development of the market economy environment to explore public servants duty consumption monetizatio
