42、T 25681995测定抗拉强度，计算结果精确到1 MPa。7.9 粘接强度7.9.1 试件按照DL/T 51502001 水工混凝土试验规程7.1“水泥砂浆室内拌和方法制备砂浆”。按照GB/T 167771997第6章制备“8”字形砂浆块。采用强度等级为42.5的水泥。水泥：中砂：水：减水剂的质量比为1:2:0.3:0.006。在(203)的水中养护至28 d。试件的抗拉强度应适当高于浆材的粘接强度。每组试件六块。7.9.2 试验器具a) 拉力试验机：试件的预计破坏荷载宜在拉力试验机全量程的 2080；b) 砂浆“8”字模具：按 GB/T 167771997 中的图 2；c) “8”字模水泥
43、砂浆块：按 GB/T 167771997 中的图 3。7.9.3 试验步骤将准备进行粘接试验的水泥砂浆“8”字形试件拉断，勿损伤断裂面。干粘接为水泥砂浆块从水中取出后，在室温下放置2 d；湿粘接为水泥砂浆块从水中取出后，用抹布把游离水抹去，即可进行粘接。试验前，在断裂面均匀涂抹浆液，厚度控制在(0.50.7)mm，根据产品的不同可一次涂刷，也可分几次 涂 刷 ， 涂 刷 后 迅 速 将 试 件 按 原 件 在 断 裂 处 对 接 好 ， 用 橡 皮 箍 紧 ， 放 在 温 度 为 (203) 、 相 对 湿 度50 70 的试验室内养护28d ，作抗拉粘接试验，加荷速度为100 N/s。7.9
44、.4 结果计算JC/T 2004结果计算按式(1)，精确至0.01 MPa。(1)SP式中：粘接强度，单位为兆帕(MPa)；P断裂荷载，单位为牛顿(N)；S受拉面积，单位为平方毫米(mm 2)。粘接强度以六个试件为一组，每组试件中剔除最大、最小两个值，取剩余四个试件的算术平均值为粘接强度的试验结果，结果精确到0.1 MPa。7.10 抗渗性能按GB 184452001中6.2.8进行。7.10.1 金属试模圆台形试件，上底直径70 mm、下底直径80 mm、高30 mm。7.10.2 试验设备砂浆渗透仪。7.10.3 砂浆试件的制备砂浆制备、试件成型与养护按DL/T 51502001中7.1“
45、水泥砂浆室内拌和方法”、7.5“水泥砂浆抗压强度试验”进行。每组为六个试件。砂与水泥的比为3:1，水灰比为0.650.70，并以砂浆试件在(0.30.4)MPa压力下透水为准确定配合比。每组试验制备六个试件，脱模后放入(203)的水中养护至7 d。7.10.4 涂膜抗渗试件的制备至龄期后，取出试块待表面晾干后，将待测浆液按生产厂指定的比例配好，混合后搅拌10 min。在试件的上口表面(背水面)均匀涂抹混合好的试样，涂膜厚度在0.5 mm0.6 mm。将制备好的抗渗试件放在温度为(203)、相对湿度5070的试验室内养28 d。 7.10.5 试验步骤至龄期后，用密封材料密封装入渗透仪中进行试件
46、的抗渗试验。水压从0.2 MPa开始，恒压2 h后增至0.3 MPa，以后每隔1 h增加0.1 MPa。当六个试件中有三个试件出现渗水时，即可停止试验，记下当时水压。抗 渗 压 力 为 每 组 六 个 试 件 中 四 个 未 出 现 渗 水 时 的 最 大 水 压 力 ， 结 果 精 确 到 0.1 MPa。 若 加压 至 1.6 MPa恒压 1 h仍未透水，应停止试验。7.10.6 结果计算渗透压力比按式(2)计算，结果精确至1。(2)10ctrP式中：Pr渗透压力比，单位为百分数()；Pt涂层砂浆的抗渗压力，单位为兆帕(MPa)；Pc基准砂浆的抗渗压力，单位为兆帕(MPa)。8 检验规则8
47、.1 检验分类产品检验分出厂检验和型式检验。8.1.1 检验项目出厂检验项目包括：外观、初始粘度、可操作时间、抗压强度和抗拉强度。JC/T 104120075型式检验项目包括第六章所有的技术要求。8.1.2 型式检验有下列情况之一时应进行型式检验：a) 新产品投产或产品定型鉴定时；b) 正常生产条件下每年至少进行一次；c) 产品主要原材料、配比或生产工艺有重大变更；d) 出厂检验结果与上次型式检验有较大差异时；e) 国家技术监督检验机构提出要求时。8.2 组批同一类型、同一等级的10 t为一批，不足10 t时亦作为一个批。8.3 抽样试样应随机抽取。抽取后按A、B组分分别充分混合，每批抽取不小于8 kg。一份用作试验；一份密封保存三个月备用。8.4 判定规则经检验环氧树脂灌浆材料产品各项试验结果均符合标准规定时为合格。若其中有一项性能指标不符合标准，允许用备份样对该项复验。复验结果符合标准，则判该批产品合格；若复验结果仍不符合标准，则判该批产品不合格。9
