8、. 四 和代理还价Dear Mark,We really want to get the shpt, and try our best to support it.Generally, some forwarders will add the handling charges and terminal charges to air freight, the charges will be paid by cnee, so shipper feels the local charges is low. As you know, it is FOB term, the charges should
9、 be paid by shipper. For the air rate, it is our netting buying rate.As it is small shpt, I tried to cut the charges, while as shipper advised, if she doesnt pay the handling and terminal charges, well loss greatly. This results in two solutions. 1. We could buy docs for customs declaration to pass, but
16、in this case shpr can not get refund from customs for this shpt. 2. If the shpr insists to get refund, they would have to re-apply for licence, which may not certain how long it would take. Now we are pushing shpr to take the first choice to avoid further delay, but they havent confirmed to us. If you agree with us, would you pls help to push them with assistant of cnee side?
