1、 1 中国船级社 船用产品持证及核查规定 第一条 为保证船用产品即船舶使用的材料 设备及另部件满足本社规范规则的有关要求 防止因船舶使用无证产品而影响船舶技术条件的确认或船级授予 特制定本规定 第二条 本规定适用于CCS级的新建或改建船舶 营运船舶可参照执行 第三条 供船舶建造 安装及配备用的材料 设备及另部件 包括备品/备件 凡属本社要求持证的 均需具有相应证书 见第四条 第五条 方可投入使用 对于未列入该 的特 设备 本社认为 要 可 持证要求 列入该 的设备 有 本规定持有相关证书 则应 规定的 方可 证 第四条 持证 应有CCS产品证书-即本社 中国船级社产品 规则 的用 证 件或 产

4、紧急放行 第十条 负责船舶建造 的 船对用于船舶施或 船安装 配备的材料 设备及另部件包括船 备品 配件 应 有关的持证要求核查是否有相应的 CCS 证书 好记录 当证书 产品 有 CCS 钢标志 3 可追溯标识 还应确认是否与实物相符 核查外 船还应事先 船 申 本规定第条 要求查船 是否 该要求实施了有 控制 ” 现问题则应及 要求船 取纠正 预防措施 第十一条 具备持证要求规定的证书或持假冒 伪造证书的产品 均 无证产品论处 得准予使用 否则由 而带 的任何损失 果 本社及 属机构 船均承担任何责任 船 中得 放 接受可追溯 可控制的产品证书 第十二条 对于本社特别考虑的 本社意 可满足
