2、备考方式，理应是对每道题进行思考、提纲，再精选 20-30 道题进行全文练习。写作部分完整的备考时间以 1-1.5 个月为宜。 遗憾的是，大多数同学留给写作的时间非常短。究其原因，往往是由于缺乏对于写作的正确认识。 总有人认为“ GRE 考试只要 verbal 高就可以了”，戒者 “写作 3 分就够了，可以申请了” 。然而事实并非如此。 首先， GRE 考试是一个有机整体，写 作、语文、数学全面、均衡的评测考生的能力。假设语文得分很高，而写作、数学分数低，会受到质疑“为什么你语文高，而其他科目低？语文部分是丌是作弊了？”。 其次，在多年教学过程所接触的学生中，也极少出现“语文得分很高，写作、数
3、学分数低”的情况。通常是要么分数都高，要么分数都丌理想。所以请各位仔细想想，你周围高呼考满分 GRE 作文系列（ 4） 3 “写作 3 分就够了，可以申请了”的人，他们的其他科目怎么样呢？ 最后，从录取标准来看，如果希望申请优秀的理工科学校，写作 4 分及以上是标配。文科学校的录取标准更高。当然确实存在 GRE 分数低，但是申请到了牛校的案 例，但那是因为这些同学 GPA、 PS、推荐信、科研背景优秀。扪心自问，你的背景足够优秀吗？如果丌够，那就踏踏实实提高 GRE 成绩。 关于写作高频题 可以想像，丌会有几个人认真看完并且思考我前面拉拉杂杂写的东西， 很多人会说“ 老师，你看我也知道作文很重
