1、1超市夏季促销策划方案活动背景:8 月份正进入了酷暑阶段,此阶段天气炎热,人们的购物行为主要集中在早、晚 2 个阶段,所购商品也主要集中在日常生活用品为主,配以一定的消暑商品为辅,如:西瓜、碳酸饮料、果汁饮料、防晒霜等。7 月份岳阳店由于卖场格局的调整,销售有了一定的下降,为更好的加强品类促销,加强夏日商品的销售,特做出夏季商品品类促销。活动目的:1、更好加强并稳定会员顾客群,通过每档的会员专享商品及一定的会员抽奖等形式拉拢并稳定好周遍顾客群。2、通过夏季商品的品类促销,并做出一定的关联性促销,充分挖掘市场份额,在迅速提升一大类别商品销售的同时,提升门店整体销售额。活动时间: 年 8 月 3

2、日 年 8 月 30 日活动地点:活动内容:主题促销:冰爽底价 吓一跳活动时间:XX 年年 8 月 4 日XX 年年 8 月 12 日主旨:拉动并稳定周遍顾客群,以一定的惊爆价商品做为主流商品,吸引一定的家庭主妇、中低档消费群,并迅速锁定周遍目标顾客群,提升客流量,最终实现销售的回升。促销商品品类选择:此品类促销主要以 hr(高清晰度、高敏感度)类商品(价格弹性比比较高的商品为主,顾客购买率较高的商品),如鸡蛋、大米、肉类、油类等。具体数量分配:生鲜类:10 支左右。蔬果类:(2-3 支)如:西瓜、绿豆、大米、应季蔬菜。要求在尽量不做负毛利的情况下,可采取平进平出的形式。肉类:(1-2 支)如

3、:前腿肉(肉类现今市场比较火热,价格有明显的上涨,可允许做 1 支惊爆价商品)。熟食类:(2-3 支)熟食类商品多属于毛利较高、价格弹性比较低的商品,那么可以列出 1 支左右的惊爆价商品。如烤鸡、卤菜等。面包类:(2-3 支)面包类商品同属于毛利较高、价格弹性比2较低的商品,顾客购买率较为稳定的商品,建议做 1 支惊爆价商品、12 支特价商品。食品类:5 支左右。粮油类:(2-3 支)粮油类商品,尤其是大米、食用油都属于毛利较低,价格弹性比较高的商品,顾客购买率较高的日常生活用品,建议做 1 支惊爆价商品,12 支特价商品,如现在油在市场上价格统一都上涨,如能做一支特价油,定能形成一定的抢购潮

4、。品类促销:跟酷暑抗衡 夏日爽肤 100%主旨:8 月正是夏天最为炎热的月份,古人就有酷暑三伏之说,在 8 月中就有中伏和末伏,紫外线强度及温度在全年当中也数最强,所以在本月进行护肤类商品(如:防晒霜、防晒伞等)、去油类的洗面奶等作为主打的促销商品,一定能创造一定的销售高峰。具体促销商品品项选择如下:食品类;(主打商品选择)50 支个人护理类:防晒霜、洗面奶、面膜等。个人清洁类:如:洗发水、沐浴露、香皂、纸巾等。家庭抗蚊类:杀虫水、蚊香、电蚊片等。非食品类(关联商品选择)10 支床上用品类:空调被、蚊帐等家电类:风扇、空调、凉席等百货类:防晒伞鞋类:凉鞋、凉拖会员专享商品主旨:为了更好稳定会员

8、发现,有几个时间段有利于巩固记忆:一是学习后最初几分钟内,电生理活动引起蛋白质的合成;二是学习后在 48 小时内复习;三是一周之后脑突触发生永久性变化。根据人在学习过程中这一生理变化,采用复习加强记忆就显得特别重要了。如果我们能够在学习的内容即将忘记时进行复习,那么复习的效果最好,效率也最高。著名的心理学家艾宾浩斯通过实验发现了人的记忆与遗忘规律。实验证明:在学习仅过了 20 分钟后,就忘记记忆内容的 42%,1 天后忘却量已经达到了66%,到了第 31 天,忘却量高达 79%。他根据实验结果,画成了著名的遗忘曲线。并表明遗忘的规律是 “先快后慢”。这条规律提示我们,定要尽早、及时地对所学知识

9、进行复习,以便在知识还在大脑内时就加深印记,否则大脑中已经没有痕迹了,只能再费精力重学。合理安排复习时间特别重要并且必要,制定复习计划,严格按精英特计划执行,并力求形成习惯,是我们每一位学生都应该力求努力做到。 我们为什么要复习呢?因为我们记忆效果没有那么好,不可能过目不忘,所以需要重复、增强记忆。同时,复习的进展也有利于学习效率的提高。 四、做作业的科学方法这里有七种做作业的技巧:1、先复习后做作业。复习是做好作业的关键,只有复习得好,作业才能做得好。做作业前先把老师这一节课所讲的内容认真地看一看,弄清楚基本原理和概念后再去做作业,作业才能做得既快又好。2、认真审题。 做作业最关键的步就是审
