8、tion, etc. 5 B. 样扳房配电箱系统 / Mock-up Room MCB Box 1 标准客房配电箱主断路器的额定规格容量宜不少于单相 32A；套间按设计需要加 大。 Standard guestroom main MCB should be at least 32 A single phase, to be further enlarged for Suite. 2 配电箱不宜设置主漏电保护断格器的配置 (触动配电箱主漏电保护器会导致客房整体失电 ,包括客房照明 )。 要求各电源插座回路分别提供漏电保护断格器 。 The MCB box is not recommended e
9、quipping with Main ELCB (since activation of the Main ELCB will lead to overall losing power in the guestroom, including all the lighting). It is recommended to equip each socket/circuitry with individual leaking protection. 3 如楼层各客房配电箱进线采用线槽布线方式布设，在配电箱进线的规格选型方面宜注意该线槽布线回路数量，并请明确配电箱进线的规格。 If cable tr
10、ay is being used on guestroom floors, the quantity of circuitry within one cable tray should specified and should not overloaded the cable tray. 4 客房控制系统 (Room Control Unit - RCU) 为 JW 万豪 /丽思卡尔顿 /EDITION/宝格丽品牌之客房提供 “ 客房 控制 系统Room Control Unit (RCU)” ： Provide “Room Control Unit” (RCU) in all standar
11、d guestrooms for JWM/Ritz-Carlton/Edition and Bulgari brands. The RCU should be able to perform the following functions: a. 所有客房风机盘管温控器须具备制冷 /供热模式自动切换功能。 All guestroom FCU thermostat should auto change-over between cooling/heating mode; b. 在客房设有红外探测器及客房门和露台门设有门磁的基础上，卫生间配置红外线或微波移动探测器，此等移动探测器可进行扫描监测房内
12、是否有人使用。 With door sensor and also passive infra-red (PIR) motion sensors in the sleeping area and PIR + Microwave (where applicable) sensor in the bathroom, the RCU is able to detect whether there are guests inside the room. c. 每当客房进门状态变动（开启 /关闭）时将启动房内红外线 /微波 (可调整灵敏度 )移动探测器以进行扫描监测房内是否有人使用。若探头确定房内有人，
13、而房门未再被打开（即门磁维持关闭状态）， RCU 须锁定此有人状态，不再指示红外线探头进行扫描 , 所有客房内控制交6 由客人处理 , 直至房间大门被再次打开 /关上 , RCU才再重新启动探头进行扫描。若探头在房门被关上后 , 并在系统延时内未探测到有任何动作 , 则可进行预定的节能模式 (详情参考下方描述 ), 但 RCU 须维持探头之扫描动作 , 一旦发现有动作介入 , 须把房间由节能模式回复至之前之状态。 Whenever the guestroom door is opened and closed, the RCU and then PIR/microwave sensors wi
14、ll be activated and scan the room for any motions. Sensitivity of the PIR/microwave sensor should be adjustable so even very slightly motions can be detected. RCU should remain in occupied mode whenever the PIR/microwave sensors detect any motions inside the guestroom/bathroom and the door has not b
15、een re-opened (the status of door contact remains closed) by the guest inside the room. Under such circumstances, all sensors should not take further scanning action, unless the main entrance door has been re-opened again. If there is no motion being detected after the main entrance door has been cl
16、osed and after the pre-set system time delay. RCU can proceed to the un-occupied mode, but the RCU should keep the sensors scanning the room. Once any motion is found, RCU should resume the room status to previous settings. d. 使用（ 有人 ）模式 : 酒店客人能于温控器自行设定房间温度要求，而温控器须自动开关设于风机盘管冷冻及采暖盘管上的电磁阀，以满足房 间设定温度要求

This in un-occupied mode. f. 非使用（ 无人 ）模式 当客房电源总开关关闭时，风机盘管须自动切换为 “非使用模式 ”，风机盘管须维持关闭状态直至房间温 度超出以下所述的设定值。 （非使用制冷模式）当房间温度升至 24时，风机盘管风机须7 自动恢复低速运作并开启冷涷盘管的电磁阀。当房间温度降至23时 (可调 )，须自动关闭风机盘管风机及冷冻盘管的电磁阀。 （非使用 采暖模式）当房间温度降至
20、20时，风机盘管须自动恢复低速运作并开启采暖盘管的电磁阀。当房间温度升至21时 (可调 )，须自动关闭风机盘管及采暖盘管的电磁阀。 Under un-occupied mode, during summer period, the FCU digital thermostat should be automatically reset to 23 (adjustable thru control console). If the unoccupied room temperature reaches 23 , then the thermostat should shut down both
21、the FCU blower and chilled water valve. When the room temperature rises to 25 (adjustable thru control console), the thermostat should restart the FCU and brings down the temperature to 23 again. During winter, the FCU digital thermostat should be automatically reset to 21 (adjustable thru control c
22、onsole). If the unoccupied room temperature reaches 21 , then the thermostat should shut down both the FCU blower and space heating water valve. When the room temperature further decreases to 18 (adjustable thru control console), the thermostat should restart the FCU and brings up the temperature to
23、 21 again. g. 当客人返回房间时， RCU 须回复客房内所有在客人离开前之设定（即重新点亮原本开启之灯光，风机盘管回复之前之温度及风速设定，窗帘重置于离开房前之位置）及受控电源插座供电。 When the guests return to the room, once the door has been opened, the door sensor should activated the RCU and all previous settings (such as air-conditioning temperature, fan speed, lighting modes,
24、drapes positions, etc.) should be resumed to the status before the guests left the room. h. RCU 须能与前台（酒店管理系统）及房务部计算机联系。 RCU 须能提供一个 “欢迎模式 ”，在客人初次进入房间时开启某部份预设灯具 , 空调及打开窗帘等。当客人离开房间时开启客房清洁设定 , 客房服务部将会自动收到通知及派服务员进行客房清洁。 The RCU should be also connected to Hotel Operation System (OPERA) at Front Desk and
25、Housekeeping Office. The RCU should be able to preset several scenes such as welcome mode, which allows the Front Desk to remote switch on some dedicated lights, open the drapes in the room and set the FCU to occupied mode while the guests enter the room the first time (after checking in). Also when
26、 the guests leave the room (but not check-out) and press the MUR button, housekeeping will be notified and send house-keeper asap. i. 客房控制主 系统 (Room Control Unit) 操作台需设于工程部办公室。 The RCU Master Control Console should be installed in Engineering Office. 8 j. 若为万豪 /万丽 /Autograph/万怡或 FFM品牌 , 可以使用插咭式系统。在此

28、s. 5 照明开关 / Lighting Switching： a. 各客房在进门处及床头须设置双控照明主开关。客房内所有顶灯 (除卫生间外 ), 包括筒灯 , 槽灯及地灯 , 均由照明主开关控制。此开关与床边另一双控开关联动。 2-way controlled master lighting switches should be installed at both main entrance door side and at the bed side (For JWM/RC/Edition and Bulgari). The one to be installed at the main e
29、ntrance door side should be appeared in key card slot format (for MH/RH/CY/FFM and Autograph only). All architectural lightings (except bathroom), including down lights, cove lights and floor lamp, should be all under such master switch control. b. 以下灯具则不受控于主开关 : 卫生间照明 ; 夜灯 ; 阅读灯；床头台灯 (或壁灯 ); 书桌灯。 T

31、ght: to be controlled by local switching. e. 套间内的照明双控主开关宜设于卧室通道内的入口处 及靠近门锁的墙上 ，具体须协商室内设计师落实其具体位置和型式。 Locate the 2-way master lighting switches at the entrance of bedroom in the suite, opposite to the door hinge side. Coordinate with Interior Design on the exact location and setting out. f. 门咭插咭孔须配一盏
32、小型 LED 显示灯。 The key card slot in the guestroom should be equipped with a small LED indicator. 9 g. 所有固定灯具开关须配标示 , 但不须自带显示灯。 All lighting switches inside guestroom should be labelled but not required to be self-illuminated. h. 房廊 (只适用套房间 )照明 , 工作枱灯 , 卫生间照明 , 阅读灯 , 夜灯均须独立于门咭控制。 Foyer Light (for Suite
33、only) and Desk lamp/Bathroom Lights/Reading Lights/Night Lights should also be independent from the key card slot. 6 若客房内有电动窗帘 , 其控制应设在床边与灯光开关 放在一起。不要把窗帘控制放到窗边上。 If there is motorized drapery, its control should be located next to bed side but not on the wall close to the window. 7 若附有阳台 , 其照明开关应设于靠
34、近阳台门口墙边上。阳台门须配微动开关连动风机盘管。 If there is a balcony, its lighting on/off switch should be located next to the balcony door and inside the guestroom. 8 清理房间 (MUR)及请勿打扰 (DND)设置 : Make-up Room (MUR) and Do Not Disturb (DND) a. 只须在床边设 DND 按钮 。 Provide a DND switch only next to the bedside. b. 在门边设 MUR 及 DND
35、 按钮 , 须配互相取消功能。位置在门咭孔旁边。 Provide both MUR and DND switches at the main entrance door side, next to the keycard slot. c. 在门外房号牌下须为 MUR 及 DND 配绿色及红色 LED 显示灯。 The MUR and DND switches should be interlocked with green (for MUR) and red (for DND) LED outside the room. 9 床边控制面板 , 按钮须配背光灯。背光灯须具 30 秒延时熄灭功能
36、, 并在任何一个按钮被按下时重新点亮。 Bedside Control Panel should be back-lid with timer function. 39、light switch at the bed side. 13 若衣柜没有门 , 须配一微动开关以点亮衣柜内照明。 If there are doors for wardrobe, equip a micro-switch for its lighting instead. C. 平面布置图 / Layout 1. 请对客房内所有插座标示其具体用途、安装高度和 请明确回路编号以区分“受控制供电 ”和 “非受控制供电 ”。 All sockets inside the guestroom should be labeled with usage, set out dimensions and
40、circuitry numbering, and to be identified as “interrupted” or “uninterrupted” power. 2. 电开水壶或咖啡机宜采用三极供电插座和专用回路供电。 Sockets for kettle or coffee machine should be 3-pin type. 3. 卫生间吹风机 /多功能的电源插座不宜采用二极及三极供电插座，建议采用防溅保护的国际通用插座。 Use water-proof type socket for hair dryer inside bathroom. 4. 客房内供客人使用电源插座如供
41、笔本电脑、移动电话充电（带 USB）、吹风机 /多功能用途的电源插座均须为国际通用插座，请采用独立图例以与其他插座区分。 Provide international standard sockets in guestroom, at power points that to be used by the guests. 5. 嵌墙式客房配电箱不得设于相邻均为客房的墙体，以免破环墙体隔音功能。配电箱应安装于衣橱内吊顶下方 ,架子之上 ,并由内装提供装饰面板遮挡。 DO NOT mount the MCB box on the wall between 2 rooms, in order to a
