8、量，下列栏目按说明填写：“轴承润滑脂（油）及填充量符合产品技术文件规定”栏，既不拆卸端盖也不更换润滑脂时，此栏填写“” ；当拆卸端盖只更换润滑脂，而不进行电机抽芯检查时填写此栏，并写明润滑脂牌号，但不再填写电机抽芯检查记录；“短路保护设备整定值符合设计文件要求”和“过载保护设备整定值符合设计文件要求”栏，在“检查结果”栏中填写设备名称（如低压断路器、熔断器、热继电器、过流继电器）及整定值；“主回路绝缘电阻” 、 “控制回路绝缘电阻”系指空载运行前测量线路连同电动机或控制设备的绝缘电阻值；“轴承温度”栏应填写实测温度值，而非负荷端因有风扇罩无法测量时，填写“” ；“双倍振幅值”栏应填写同步转速下的实测数值。
