The process of forming a good habit is also the course of fighting back temptation. The exa

5、mples are as follows. The good habit of reading requires removing ones strained eyes from the websites and focusing on ones book constantly. The good habit of exercising means repeatedly dragging oneself away from the cozy couch and soap operas. And keeping a healthy diet demands saying “NO” to the
