Perform J.H.A. with supervisor与监督一起进行 JHA 分析。2. Position material at top floor level将所需材料放置于适当楼层。3. Install barricades at top floor在顶层放置防护
2、栏。4. Install safety lines安装生命线。5. Lift the car to the top floor将电梯开至顶层。6. Install rail grabbers and rigging to the crosshead安装导轨夹，并悬挂吊链吊挂轿架上梁处。7. Place blocking under counterweight在对重下放置垫块。8. Land the counterweight顶靠好对重。9. Keep tension on the two hoists两侧吊链保持张力。Will prevent downward motion in case t
3、he car is loaded beyond balance load放置轿箱载重超出平衡负载时，出现轿箱下沉情况。10. Remove the power断电。11. Remove the Dust Cover拆下轿顶防尘盖。12. Remove the Cotton Pin, Castlelated Nut and Spring Washer拆下轮轴的开口销、锁母、和弹簧垫圈。 13. Remove the Locking Plate located in the other side of the shaft拆下轮轴另一侧的定位板。 14. Support the Sheaves an
4、d remove the shaft拖起带轮，抽出轮轴。15. Lift out the sheaves and remove it搬出轿顶反带轮。 16. Remove all the pieces from the top of the car从轿顶拆下所有反带轮零部件。17. Place the new parts in the TOC. Check that you have all the parts将新的零件防于轿顶，检查是否齐全。 18. Place the sheaves将反带轮安装到位。19. Give a light coat at the extremes of the
5、and introduce it搬运装配时，进行必要的包裹防护。20. Install the keeper Locking Plate安装定位板。21. Be sure that the Belt Guard is in the right place确认带槽位置正确。22. Introduce the Collar套好固定套。23. Introduce the Spring Washer and the casttlelated Nut装好弹簧垫圈和锁母。24. Apply torque until 275 N*m紧固扭矩为 275 N*mTOOLING：Dynamometer Tool专
6、用工具：力矩检测工具25. Try to introduce the Cottor Pin, if doesnt line up with the hole in the shaft, go back off the nut until you find the hole插装开口销，如果无法插入轴孔，则向外转动锁母，将轴孔对出。26. Install the Dust Cover装好轿顶防尘盖。27. Remove the Rail Grabbers拆除导轨夹。28. Power up送电。29. Remove counterweight blocking拆除对重垫块。30. Check terminations: make sure equal tension检查曳引带绳头杆：确保张力相同。31. Adjust terminations if required如果需要，则调整曳引带张力。32. Exit TOC退出轿顶。33. Run system at rated speed以合约速度运行电梯。
