3、ys basic requirement on the function, structure, performance, installation and test of the equipment in the power house. 1.2 本技术规范书提出的是最低限度的技术要求, 并未对一切技术细节作出规定，也未充分引述有关标准和规范的条文，卖方保证提供符合本技术规范书和工业标准的化学仪器仪表的优质设备及其 相 应 服 务 。 凡本技术规范书未涉及到的而又确需要卖方提供的任何产品或系统，均属于卖方供货范围。The technical specifications is minimum

21、on the main equipment 2.3.1 在设计原理、制造工艺及整体性能上均应是先进的、安全的、可靠的、高质量的定型产品。招标方不接受过时、落后的产品，招标方有权选择投标文件中某项产品开发的最高端产品，且有权要求卖方更改不满足本技术条件书的投标设备产品。On the design principle, process technology and overall performance, the products used shall be advanced, safe, reliable, and high quality. The owner does not accept

The owner has the right to select the top class product of the products listed in the bidding documents, and is entitled to require the seller to modify the equipment that does not conform to this technical specification. 2.3.2 实验室分析仪表测量元件与介质接触部分应采用耐腐蚀材料，卖方在投标书中应详细说明测量

25、shall be provided.2.3.6 卖方应提供调试、培训时所必须的药品、器具、标准液及电极等易耗品,所供专用药剂应便于购买或配制（卖方提供配置方法），电极及备品备件卖方应协助购买。The seller shall provide consumables like commissioning and training chemicals, apparatus, and standard liquid and electrode. The special chemicals shall be easy to buy or fabricated (the seller provides
