1、SQE定义(definition)SQE 即供应商质量工程师（Supplier Quality Engineer） 。职责(Obligation)：1、负责保障供应商所供原材料的质量，由于供应商供货物料质量缺陷引发的问题要及时反馈并要求供应商改善；Responsible for guaranteeing the quality of materials from supplier, feedback the progress of quality defect issues cause by suppliers products in time and claim the supplier t
2、o improve.2、负责追踪确认供应商的改善报告及实施效果，必要时可进行现场审核检查以及辅导；Responsible for tracking and confirming supplier improvement reports and implementation results, site assessment checking and counseling can lead in necessary.3、负责制定进货检验部门的检验规范及检验计划，并适时对检验员进行培训指导；Responsible for formulating the checking specification
3、and checking plan for incoming check department, and timely training for inspectors.4、参与主导供应商初始样品的评估放行工作；Lead the ISIR go-no go work in suppliers.5、每月或每季度，对现有供应商的质量状况进行统计评分，对评分较低的供应商提出限期改善要求；Statistical summary the suppliers quality status and scored every month or quarter, and ask deadline improvem
