1、SICENCE 新闻发布 作者:梁向党 稿号:NRR_102_13改良神经导管与粘合剂吻合技术修复损伤坐骨神经 以往研究应用粘合剂吻合修复神经时,均直接将粘合剂滴到神经断端,该方法不利于神经断端固定,且粘合剂易侵入断端。而所采用的圆柱形神经导管亦不方便操作,不能将粘合剂吻合技术与其完美结合,影响神经修复效果。中国解放军总医院梁向党所在课题组改良了传统神经导管的圆柱外形,使其更方便的应用在粘合剂吻合技术中,同时对最适导管直径进行优化设计。结果证实,应用改进的神经导管与粘合剂吻合技术修复周围神经有效可行,大幅缩短操作时间,达到与缝合法相同的修复效果。文章发表在中国神经再生研究(英文版) 杂志 20
