1、 艺术体操论文：艺术体操 个人项目【中文摘要】艺术体操一直被誉为是最能体现女性美和最具观赏性的体育项目,是欧洲国家的传统优势项目。第 29 届奥运会,中国队集体全能项目历史性地首次获得银牌,但是为了备战奥运会的集体项目,中国队在布局上做了一些调整,集中孙丹、章硕等队员改练集体项目,在一定程度上削弱了个人全能项实力,因此中国队的个人全能项目未能进入决赛,本周期中国队在集体和个人全能项目上重新进行了调整,集中了一批年轻选手,积极备战 2012 伦敦奥运会。本文以艺术体操个人项目成套动作器械难度动作的构成为理论研究对象,运用文献资料法、录像观察法、现场调研法、数理统计等方法,对亚运会艺术体操个人项目
2、中最高水平的国外运动员和国内一流运动员的器械技术动作进行对比分析,国内的两名运动员也是参加亚运会的国内高手,特别是我国艺术体操运动员这次在亚运会上取得的成绩是近几年最差的一次,本论文选取这次同场竞技的各个项目进行对比分析,对中国艺术体操今后的发展提供了宝贵的建议。通过对国内外优秀运动员的绳、圈、球、带四项器械共 16 套动作的比赛数据进行调查分析,从艺术体操器械难度的编排着手,结合录像分析发现:我国个人项目成套动作器械难度的使用在数量上少于国外;我国运动员在器械难度的使用上比较单一,结合熟练性抛接器械难度的加分因素过于单调;我国个人项目器械难度掌握不全面,成套动作中器械难度发展不均衡,惊险性抛
3、接器械难度在数量上明显低于国外优秀运动员;我国个人项目编排的综合水平和艺术性不够,存在器械难度价值不大且完成成功率低的弱点。根据 2009 版艺术体操评分规则对器械难度的发展趋势作出分析:器械难度运用的总趋势是难度数量增加,难度类型多变;应着重加强器械使用和器械熟练性方面的训练;应注重培养运动员成套动作的多元化,进一步结合自身特色挖掘独创性动作,保持自身优势;加强器械难度的全面性训练,注重各项器械难度的典型动作的均衡使用,提高运动员身体素质,能够使运动员结合身体难度更好地完成器械难度;器械难度的编排要做到合理、精确,保证运动员得心应手地去完成,提高动作完成的成功率。同时,选择适合运动员个人特点
4、的难新动作,器械难度的设计要能够充分显示其技术的特点和实力,能够充分展现器械的特点,从而更好的表现艺术体操器械的这一特性。本文的创新之处在于:通过分析我国艺术体操运动员在成套动作中器械难度的构成,并结合艺术体操评分规则中个人项发展趋势,找出我国运动员在成套动作编排上、完成上的实质性差异,提出适合我国运动员提高成绩的训练途经。【英文摘要】Artistic gymnastics has been acclaimed as the most can reflect female beauty and most exciting sports, are European countries the a
