35、到你的汇编中。大家有空的话,请关注一下博客中的“CBA8000 温湿度控制器”。精确度达 0.1的温度测量模块设计时应注意事项 圈子类别:传感器 (未知) 2009-8-27 9:04:00我要评论 加入收藏 加入圈子 PT100 电阻测温仪工作原理及误差分析温度测量要取得很高的精确度,必须具有一个独特的电路设计。测量原理简化图如下参考电阻一般采用精密电阻,越精密越好,至少千分子 0.5 且稳定性好。因为 SPRT(PT100)与参考电阻串联在电路中,通过它们的电流相等,所以在它们身上产生的电压与电阻成正比。只要知道各自的电压及参考电阻的电阻值,就可以算出 PT100 的电阻值。算式为:PT1

36、00 的阻值 / 参考电阻阻值 = PT100 所产生 AD 值 / 参考电阻所产生 AD 值两者 AD 值通过测量得知,参考电阻值已知,PT100 的阻值就可以计算出来。再通过中央处理器进行查表得出温度值。原理很简单,但要取得很高的精确度,还有很多地方需要注意。归纳一下主要有以下几个方面。1. 引线电阻使用 PT100 传感器测量时可能会受到连接导线的影响。电阻也存在PT100 的连线及连接器的接头中,在常用的 2 线或 3 线电路中。这些电阻被附加到 PT100 上,就会造成 0.1 度至 1 度的误差。要取得很高的精确度,必须使用 4 线 PT100.我们再来看一下下面的原理图使用 4

37、线 PT100,电路图如上,它可以完全消除导线电阻的影响,在这种电路(通常称为 Kelvin 电路)中,传感器被来自一组导线的电流所驱动,所得到的电动势用另外一组感测。信号被输入到一个具有很高输入阻抗的放大器中,在经过放大器的用来感测的这个回路中,处于“虚断” 状态,没有电流,自然也不会产生电压降。那么放大器两端的电压反应的是真正 PT100 的电压,而 2 线 PT100, 放大器两端的电压实际上是 PT100 及 2 条导线上的电压;3 线PT100, 放大器两端的电压实际上是 PT100 及 1 条导线上的电压,请对照原理图细细体会。2. 杂散热电势PT100 测量时,会有几个不同金属导

38、线间的接头。它们的行为就像热电偶,可以产生被称为热电动势的微小电压。除非以某种方式得到抑制,否则就会影响测量的精确度要抑制这种电动势,得采用如下的技术进行二次测量,在第二次测量时,使电流源的方向相反。热电动势在两次测量中造成的误差是相同的。将两次测量的相减,即可消除热电动势。这样要得到一个温度值,需要进行 4 次测量。但是这种方法抑制热电动势及自加热问题是非常有效的。3. 电抗测量速度与准确度是有一定的矛盾的,因为要使用开关测量 4 次,过快的转换必然产生电抗,所以在每次测量之前,必须留出充足的延时让电流,电压稳定。如果必要,可以进一步增加延时。测量每个电压样本值需要 0.5 秒(0.25 秒

39、用来开关转换及稳压,0.25 秒用来测量及发送到中央处理器。由于需要 4 个样本点,整个测量下来需要 2 秒有些厂家往往号称每秒可以测多少多少通道,我在怀疑他的精确度,当然这也不能说什么,可能他要求的是速度,精确度要求没这么高。4. 泄漏PT100 对导线及感测元件周围绝缘材料的电漏泄非常敏感。泄漏在较高温度或较低温度较为显著,因为低温时,绝缘层会从周围吸收湿气,高温时,绝缘材料的电导有会相对较高。因此测量时,还要注意周围的环境温度,尽量保持常温和稳定。5. 自热效应自热效应来源与通过驱动电流耗散到传感器中的功率。它会造成温度偏高,这就要求驱动电流保持一个最小化得电流。同时上面采用二次测量的方

40、法也可以大大改善。6. 元件漂移元件漂移主要因为元件老化,不合理的 PCB 布板也有一定的影响。影响测温的主要漂移有:驱动电流的漂移、放大器的偏置电流、放大器偏移电压。放大器增益、ADC 偏移、参考电压偏移。参考电阻偏移。要求布板合理,元件尽量采用国际上质量可靠的 IC,尽量采用集成度高的 IC,被免分立元件。7. 噪声和分辨率任何电路中都会存在电噪声,它是不可被免。过量噪声在测量中随时间以随机变化形式出现,这样就不能检测被测参数的微小真实变化。噪声限制了测量仪器的有效分辨率。在电路设计时,要求电源非常稳定,层层滤波。模拟电路与数字电路完成隔离,一点共地等等。布线都有一定的讲究(一言难尽)。A

41、D 选用高分辨率,至少 16 位(如 AD7705)。甚至 24 位。也可以在后期采用数字滤波,但采用数字滤波,仪器对被测量的温度会反应迟缓一些。8. 非线性度在其他所有的误差来源得到控制后,剩下的就只有非线性度了。PT100 线性度比较好,但如果要精确到 0.1 度,用全程线性处理的话,还是会产生一定的误差,用公式法同样会产生一定的误差。在此先用查表法精确小数点前面的度数,小数点后面的数再线性化处理。根据电阻查表:首先确定小数点前面的度数,再把小数点后面的数在 1 度范围内线性化 100 份,使测量的数据分辨率达到 0.01 度,这样处理的结果在线性化的过程中可以精确到 0.1 度以上。整个
