1、小学四年级英语后进生辅导计划白银区第九小学 李晓琴小学英语后进生的转化工作根据我校实际情况,英语在我国作为第二种语言学习,由于缺乏语境,难以给每一位学生实践与交际的机会,因此两极分化非常严重。较差学生有如下同学:梁希宇、陈辅涛、李暁霖、张彦生、李佰齐、陈家顺。分析如下:英语后进生是一个特殊群体,具体表现为性格孤僻、自卑甚至无所谓,以致不愿表达自己的意见,不懂装懂,日积月累,他们对英语学习以渐渐失去兴趣,因为他们无法体会到成功的喜悦。怎样改变后进生这种怕学、厌学的状况呢?措施如下:一、师帮生教师在后进生转化工作中起者“导”和“演”的双重作用。苏霍姆林斯基说过:“教育才能的基础在于深信有可能成功地

2、教育每个儿童,我不相信有不可救药的儿童、少年或男女青年。”每一位教师都应深信这一点。1、抓重点一位英语教师担任多个班英语教学的现状在近几年无法改变,据统计,一个英语教师要担任十几个后进生的转化工作,实际操作起来真的很困难。因此,应抓住重点,先帮助那些在短时间内容易转化过来的学生,然后再帮助其他的学生。2、扬优点美国心理学家威谱.詹姆斯有句名言:“人性最深刻的原则就是希望别人对自己加以赏识”。表面上,后进生表现出一副无所谓的态度,其实,他们比其他学生更渴望得到老师的表扬。我们可以从这一点入手,让他们的闪光点全部展现出来,并适时表扬,让他们对自己有信心。3、补弱点每一个后进生的情况各不一样,有的是

3、因为智力问题,多次的失败使他们对自己失去信心;有的是非智力问题,只是习惯较差,自觉性不强;还有的是因为家庭问题教师可针对具体情况,对症下药。由于英语教师任课多、带班多的特点,接触学生的时间是少之又少,这里主要讲讲如何发动学生的力量,帮助语教师作好后进生的转化工作。二、生帮生1、师徒结对首先把优生和后进生的名字罗列出来,让他们自由进行师徒结对,定好激励制度。2、制定计划,如一星期或一个月内,师徒共同的目标是什么?具体的做法什么?都一条一条写下来,每天去看一看,是否做到,做到的在相应栏中打。如果达到共同目标的师徒,优进生品德为优+,后进生平时考查等第进一个等级,同时期末评奖优先考虑。三、具体措施如

4、下:1、思想上树立他们的自信心对学习有困难的同学,要积极引导他们参加教学活动,多鼓励他们。就算是一句简单的话语:“你的字很漂亮”、“你坐得很好,老师喜欢你”也能加强师生间的情感沟通。师生之间应在合作、平等的基础上建立起互信融洽的师生关系。这样才能促进学生学业的进步和思想的转化。树立他们的自信心。多问他们简单的问题,让他们有机会体会成功的喜悦。2、待中下生要有爱心了解中下生,理解他们尊重爱护他们。在课堂上优先对待他们,不要总把目光停留于优等生。要心里时刻装着中下生,时时处处为他们着想。如面对调皮掏蛋的学生时,教师在有涵养,不要急躁冲动,要机智地巧妙化的让问题留待静以后再想办法妥善处理。3、教给中

5、下生学习方法四年级的新知识内容较多。中下生普遍存在基础不扎实的情况。从简单的、他们有能力接受的方法去做。例如:自我复习单词并进行归纳,定时到老师处进行信息反馈,检查复习效果,及时在班里表扬鼓励。亦可求助于录音机、成绩好的同学或老师。4、在学习的过程中提高中下生的学习兴趣帮老师做做小事、抄抄写写,帮老师把卡片涂色。叫他们做,亦即从侧面说明老师重视他们,看得起他们,没有遗弃他们。他们的心里总会有小小感激。正所谓“亲其师,而信其道吧!”在谈心、交往的过程中,要把学生学习英语兴趣吸引过来,可进行英语知识方面的交谈,用行动去证明你作为老师的是从心里面想他们学好。5、与家长多联系、齐抓共管充分发挥家长学校

Stories, poems, riddles, jokes songs are all good for little kids. I will have them practice English as a whole class, group work, pair work or independent work. Whatever works out for the children I will do it. There is never one way to success
