2、每一个学生，以培养学生素质为自己工作的重点。在工作过程中做到个体分析与群体分析，确立发展目标和措施，找出学生的优点和缺点，用发展的眼光看待每一个人。 从学生的学习情况及知识技能掌握情况看，大部分学生学习积极性高，学习目的却不是很明确，认为英语课就是枯燥无味的课程，要转变学生的这一观点养成良好的学习习惯，我准备利用他们对英语课的兴趣转变他们的学习习惯，让学生在学中玩，在玩中学。当然也有一部分学生的能力确实很强能独立认真的完成每节课布置的任务。让他们去帮助那些学习能力较弱的同学，起到“小老师”的效果。二、主要目的：1、全面提高学生学习的主动性和积极性；2、使学生转变观念，认真学习，发展智力，陶冶情
3、操；3、让学生树立起学习的信心和勇气，克服自卑的心理；4、在学生中形成“赶、帮、超”浓厚的学习氛围，使每个学生学有所长、学有所用。三、主要措施对于差生主要引导他们多学习，多重复，在熟练的基础上不断提高自己的能力，尤其是学习态度的转变和学习积极性的提高方面要花大力气。优生要鼓励他们多做创新的事情积极参加校组织的信息技术兴趣活动小组。1、摸清学生的学习基础，把起点放在学生努力一下就可以达到的水平上，使新旧知识产生联结，形成网络。根据学生实际、确定能达到的实际进度，把教学的步子放小，把教学内容按由易到难，由简到繁的原则分解成合理的层次、分层推进。在实际教学中，学生活动时间在三分之一至二分之一，教师一
