Any statement of exchange rate variation will not be accepted in the bid opening, the exchange middle rate published b
6、y Bank of China on the date of bid opening will be taken as the basis of the bid evaluation, USD will be the bid evaluation currency.The Preparation and Submission of Bidding Documents13.1The Bidder shall furnish, as part of its bid, documents establishing the Bidders eligibility to bid and its qual
7、ifications to perform the contract if its bid is accepted. If Bidders are a Joint Venture, each member of the Joint Venture shall submit respectively the Qualification Documents, together with the Joint Venture Agreement in which the leading member of the Joint Venture and respective work scope and
8、responsibility shall be clearly indicated. Otherwise, the bid will be rejected. 13.3Qualifications requirements for suppliers1 Seller shall manufacture Engine plant Assembly Line machine for more than five (5) years. (2006-2010)2 Seller shall have sales contracts with an engine plant with annual pro
9、duction capacity over 150,000. (Copies of sales contracts with bidders official seal to be provided.). 3. Bidder(s) shall not have harmful record in the field of car and banking industries.4. Bidder(s) shall provide the following qualification documents.1) In case that the goods to be supplied under
10、 the contract not manufactured or produced by the bidder, the Bidder should have been duly authorized by the Section 6 Bid Data Sheet (BDS)6-4Item No. Contentgoods Manufacturer or Producer for this project;2) The Bidder has the financial, technical and productive capability necessary to perform the

33、ce station and spare parts stock, and special maintenance personnel in Mainland China. The total amount of stock and a list of spare parts shall be attached. Seller shall quote corresponding after-sale services project and relevant fees if maintenance station is not available, and relevant expenses
34、will be taken into consideration for bid evaluation, or one percent of bid price will be added to bid evaluation price if sellers do not quote such expense；2） Seller shall guarantee comprehensive after-sale services so that spare parts will be available for the entire year. In the mean time, the alternative proposal shall materially meet requirements of the bidding document, and the bid price of the alternative proposal shall not exceed that of the main proposal.
