14、es who were qualified to perform international contracting and economic cooperation.On December 26, 1996 according to the approvals of State Economic and Trade Commission and Ministry of Railways, a group company was incorporated based on CCECC as the core enterprise, and the name was multaneously c
15、hanged into China Civil Engineering Construction Group Corporation.In September 2000, CCECC was separated from the Ministry of Railways and under the direct administration of Central Enterprises Working Committee.At the beginning of 2003, CCECC was, along with other 195 central enterprises put under
16、 the direct administration of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC).In September 2003, according to the spirit of “Approval of Incorporation of CRCC and CCECC” (SASAC Reform Docuement No. 2003153) issued by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, CCECC was merged into CRCC to realize this strategic restructuring.In December 2007, CCECC fulfilled the business registration after the restructuring and was named China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC).
