49、教处将在六、七、八年级开展学生违纪现象自查自纠活动,狠抓中学生日常行为的养成教育,通过营造声势,促进学生由“ 他律”到“自律” ,形成知行统一、言行一致的良好人格。德育工作中坚持“ 近一点,细一点,实一点”的原则,要以小见大,于细微之处见精神,努力塑造学生的良好形象。(三) 、积极开展各种主题的教育活动,大力弘扬和培养“十种爱心” ,进一步推进诚信教育,认真贯彻落实宁乡县中小学德育工作经验交流大会精神、 宁乡县德育常规 20 条 ,办出我校的德育特色。1、组织开展“弘扬雷锋族精神月”的活动。开展一次“从小好好学习,长大报效祖国”的主题班会,参观一次爱国主义展览,观看一部爱国主义影片,聆听革命老人讲一次革命传统故事,组织形式多样、丰富多彩的宣传教育活动,进一步推进诚信教育。2、利用升旗仪式和各种大集合、班会等开展经常性的爱心教育。3、配合上级部门组织好德育实践活动,通过亲身体验,让信念和理想在活动得以提升。(四) 、加强德育管理队伍的建设,提高德育工作的实效性。1、加强班主任队伍建设,以适应新形势下德育工作的要求。班主任是学校德育工作的主力军,要使学校德育工作真正做到为全体学生的终身发展服务,就必须最大限度地发挥班主任的责任心,积极倡导敬业、奉献精神,塑造班主任在学生和家长心目中的良好师德形象,以高尚的职业道德,
