26、育必须为经济发展服务,为此上海市教委中等职业教育课程教材改革办公室,组织开展了中等职业教育专业教学标准开发与实施方案的研究,为使药剂专业教学标准开发更准确、更科学,项目组于2006 年 9 月开展了药剂专业人才需求的调研。一、药剂专业人才需求与专业改革调研基本思路与方法1、调研指导思想:坚持以科学发展观为指导,以上海市中等职业教育专业教学标准开发指导手册的基本理念为支撑,充分尊重行业用人单位对生产与服务一线应用型人才的客观要求,结合本专业毕业生从业现状和职业生涯发展的需求,以就业为导向,以能力为本位,以岗位群的需要和职业标准为依据,把握用人单位对本专业的需求,明确专业培养目标,探索药剂专业的教
