Its based on, equipments function, category and location that all equipments and facilities are encoded by KKS encoding system applicable for design, construction, operation and manag
6、ement for power plant.2 KKS 编码表示方法 Representation on KKS code2.1 工艺和电气专业表示方法 Electric and technic representation各系统、设备、管路、阀门、开关、刀闸、系统继电保护以及二次线部分采用发电厂标识系统，即KKS 编码。 KKS 编码除设备外，均由三级共 11 位字符组成，它们的分级及含义由下表说明。Power plant labelling system, namely, KKS encoding system is applied on each system, equipment, c

29、中的设备标识编码，编码层到设备。编码以各系统标识编码索引表为准。电缆敷设图中以土建结构及建筑专业的位置标识类型为主，厂用二次、主二次控制接线及保护接线图中均不采用 KKS 编码，但其中的系统图、配置图、布置安装图等需采用 KKS 编码。具体各部分编码细则如下：Speciffically, the following are included: major electric wire, factory elementary wiring, low and medium voltage wiring for factory electricity; excitation system for ge
30、nerator; control system, protective configuration system, direct current system, emergency power supply system, UPS, illumination system, telecommunication system as well as equipment labeling code applicable for a range of entities till equipment. Encoding should conform to index of labeling code u
31、nder each system. On cable distribution diagram, we mainly take civil structure and location labels into account. While being excluded from factory secondary, major secondary control wiring diagram and protective wiring diagram, KKS code is adopted in systematic diagram, configuration diagram, lay-o
32、ut and installation plan. Rules on respective concrete aspect are detailed as follows: 3.8.1 主接线中发电机、变压器、断路器、隔离开关、PT 、CT、LA、包括发电机封闭母线等设备。对高压母线、中压母线注明母线段的 KKS 标识，不标注中压设备。电气主接线的 KKS 标识系统只标注功能标识，不标注元件号。发变组部分按机组分别标识，进、出线部分以配电装置间隔分别标识。Major wiring of generator, transformer, breaker, isolating swith, PT,
33、CT, LA includes generators isolated busbar and so on. KKS code along busbar section should be highlighted for medium and high voltage busbar, with medium voltage equipment unlabeled. Under KKS labelling system for main electric wiring, only function instead of component will be labeled. The T/ G tra
34、nsformer is labeled according to affiliation to machine group as wire outlet and inlet will be labeled by interval of electricity distribution. 3.8.2 厂用原理接线；中、低压厂用电配置接线；保安电源等各系统中的设备标识编码。其中中、低压开关不标注。厂用电系统图、配置接线图中的开关柜编号、母线段单元编号、电缆编号均采用 KKS 标识系统编制。As for equipment labels applied for factory elementary
