1、SICENCE 新闻发布 作者：张英爽 稿号：NRR_314_14神经活检诊断多发性单神经病：78%支持临床诊断多发性单神经病是累及两条及以上神经干的少见周围神经病变，是多种不同病因引起的临床综合征。以往关于多发性单神经病的文献主要是临床电生理特点的总结，诊断信息尚不全面。来自中国北京大学第三医院张英爽所在课题组，回顾性分析有完整详尽病史的 14 例多发性单神经病患者的临床、电生理和神经活检病理特点。发现神经活检病理确诊或者支持临床诊断率为 78.57%。结果表明，神经活检对多发性单神经病诊断正确率较高，完整详尽的病史对于多发性单神经病的病因诊断至关重要。 文章发表在中国神经再生研究（英文版）

5、es. Previous literature regarding multiple mononeuropathy mainly consists of clinical electrophysiological data, which is not enough for clinical diagnosis of this disease. Ying-shuang Zhang, Peking University Third Hospital, China retrospectively analyzed the detailed electrophysiological and histo
6、pathological data of 14 patients with multiple mononeuropathy. We found that 78.57% of nerve biopsy findings support clinical diagnosis of multiple mononeuropathy. Our findings suggest that nerve biopsy findings highly contribute to the diagnosis of multiple mononeuropathy, and complete and detailed
