The Association shall be an independent, non-political and non-profit private investigator industry organi
3、zation.,ARTICLE I General Provisions,SECTAION 3. The Association was found in 2010 of August 26th, registered in Hong Kong.SECTAION 4. The Association working language may use Chinese, if conflict occurs between Chinese version and others in Bylaws, Chinese version shall prevail.,ARTICLE I General P

The purposes for which the corporation is formed are: (1) To support and maintain the honor and interests of globe Chinese private investigator; create and safeguard a greater union ethical. (2) To establish and elevate the appropriate standards for practice; constraint imprope

There shall be six (6) classes of membership: Associate membership, Certified Member, Patron membership, Honorary Member. (1) Associate M
19、ember: Chinese private detective institute and social groups as well as enterprises, firms and related organizations; regardless of scale, ideology or religious beliefs, as long as the support of the bylaw of C.D.A, shall apply for membership,ARTICLE II Membership,SECTION 6 (2) Certificated membersh
20、ip: Chinese private detective practitioners and stakeholders, support the bylaw of C.D.A, love his job, has a certain influence in the industry, and those who satisfy the following conditions as well as recommended by two registered:,ARTICLE II Membership,SECTION 6 (2) Certificated membership a. Leg
21、al representative or Responsible Person who obtain business licenses over 3 years with continuous operation time and the on-time pass annual examination for detective organization. b. Have at least 3 years management experience in private detectives organization. c. Have at least 3 years career expe
22、rience in private detectives profession d. Have at least 4 years working experience at the police and judicial organs, and professionals in the fields of detectives occupation more than 2 years. e. No criminal record or 7 years after complete sentences,ARTICLE II Membership,SECTION 6 (3) Patron memb
23、er: intention to help the association to achieve the goal, sponsoring individuals who provide a certain number of and organizations in terms of funds and resource. (4) Honorary member, invited experts with extremely enthusiastic to private detective industry and actively support the work of the C.D.
24、As outstanding private detectives and other professionals. (5) We shall not absorbed any corporation or individual who manage information resources, equipment, or debt collecting as the main purpose of the business,ARTICLE II Membership,SETTION 7. Entry procedures: those who join the C.D.A voluntari
25、ly, submit application forms. After internal discussion, do approval to become Associate Member or Certificated Members and issue awarded certificates. Associate Members shall recommend one to two representatives. Inviting, grant, cancel Rights of Patron member and honorary member belong to C.D.A.,A
26、RTICLE II Membership,SECTION 8. Membership Rights. (1) Members have the right to speak, vote and to stand for election, voting and removal. Patron member and an honorary member shall only enjoy the right to speak. (2) Eligibility to attend in activities (3) High priority to receive C.D.A service (4)
27、 Supervision, criticism and suggestions Right (5) Join and quit voluntary basis.,ARTICLE II Membership,SECTION 9. Membership Duty. (1) Support C.D.A regulation and bylaw and put into implementation. (2) Complete work assigned. (3) Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of C.D.A (4) Feedback i

(1) Violent debt collecting business and related involve are forbidden. (2) Seek money and speculation o

(3)Participate in investigation regarding state military secret business are forbidden (4) Any business has bad effect on society and status are forbidden,ARTICLE II Membership,SECTION 11. Members resignation, shall write to inform C.D.A and return membership certi
30、fication. If Members do not comply the duty with extremely bad effects, shall be removed out of C.D.A immediately. Absent from routine activities more than one year without any proper reason shall be resign. Victims or death shall in resignation. Any member who is delinquent in dues payment long aft
31、er April 1 years shall be resigned by the discussions within council.,ARTICLE II Membership,SECTION 12. Members who have seriously violated the association, practice instruction, and rules, regulations or criminal sanctions by their countries shall be voted to resign by council.SECTION 13. The C.D.A
32、 shall reserve the rights to publish through media about resignation.,ARTICLE II Membership,SECTION 14. Members rights and privileges shall not be shared or transferred to others.SECTION 15. Dues and fees are decided by council. Member shall pay a charge before Jan 15th. Any new comer shall pay tota
33、lly fee of the year. Once no longer be member, pay shall not be returned.SECTION 16. Any member shall no long be entitled with membership right as long as arrears of pay for more than one month. On annual general congress, members who was elected last year or even five years the longest of the elected council members directors should resign, but they are
36、still eligible to apply for re-election at that time. If working life are the same, draw lots to decide the resignation of candidates (2) If any council vacant, Council has the right to add new comer. The addition of directors is to be held next year, all the members of the congress, keep right to p
37、articipate in the re-election (3) Council has the right to add new comer to replace member who shall not be able to attend council more than half year, only before previous member return to the Council.,ARTICLE III Management,SECTION 21. Council terms (1)Arrange annual general congress. (2)Implement

Council meeting must have more than two-thirds members attending; the resolution shall be subject to more than half of the attendance, if agreed to vote and vote the same, chairman decides. (2)Have a greater impact, conduct be good in all the aspects and reputation of good (3)Less than 70 years old (4)Healthy and be capable of working (5)Have a certain management experience and skills (6)Have a complete civil capacity,
