This paper reviewed the valuation and characteristics of service functions of farmland ecosystems, and classified their service functions as product supplying, ecolo

For example, the research on formation mechanism of farmland ecosystem services and its parameters is scanty, the valuation is inaccurate, the indicators and methods need to be im-prove

By considering sufficiently the factors influencing its function value, improve the means, method and technique of evaluation to make the results more comparative and practicable, and supply bases for utilizing agricultural resources, managing farmland ecosystems reasonably and developing agriculture sustainably.
