Framework: as a structural member of the LV switch cabinet, it is used to form basic frame structure o

Safety Instructions 2.1 基本安全说明2.1 Basic safety instructions 2.1.1 低压配电柜的操作人员需通过国家相关部门培训、考核并获得进网证和操作证。2.1.1 LV distribution cabinet operators shall receive trainings of relevant national departments, pass appraisal and obtain network certificates and operation certificate
27、s.2.1.2 低压配电柜的操作人员熟悉本岗位规章制度和变配电设备的性能、操作方法以及事故情况下的正确处理方法。2.1.2 LV distribution cabinet operators shall be familiar with rules and regulations of their posts as well as performance, operation methods and correct troubleshooting in case of emergency. 2.1.3 熟悉并正确使用电工安全用具和消防用具。2.1.3 Be familiar with and
28、properly use electric safety appliance and fire-fighting apparatus. 2.1.4 配电房维修必须挂相关警示牌,二人进行,一人操作,一人监护,巡检时可以一人进行,但必须通知其它当班人员,与被检设备保持0.7米以处距离。2.1.4 Relevant warning signs must be provided for maintenance of the distribution room, and two persons are arranged (one for operation and one for supervision

However, one person is arranged for patrol inspection, and other operators on duty must be notified and keep more than 0.7m away from tested equipment. 2.1.5 柜门开关动作灵活可靠,屋顶无渗漏水,柜外、柜内清洁无杂物,柜门钥匙、操作 棒、警示牌等齐全。2.1.5 The cabinet door can flexibly and reliably switch, without water leakage at 9roof. It i
30、s clean and free from debris in and outside the cabinet, and cabinet door key, handling rod and warning plate are complete. 2.1.6 各负荷开关手自动合闸分闸灵活可靠,过压、过流、欠压、失压保护功能完好,安装接线牢固可靠无灼痕,隔离开关合闸分闸灵活可靠,安装牢固,触点(连接处)接触牢固、无灼痕。2.1.6 Each load switch provides reliable and flexible manual/automatic closing and openin
31、g with good overvoltage, overcurrent, under-voltage and no-voltage protection functions, and wiring is secure and reliable without burning marks. The disconnector provides flexible and reliable closing/opening with secure installation, and the contact (connection) provides secure contact without bur
32、ning marks. 2.1.7 各面板指示灯齐全,指示仪表(含互感器)指示准确且在有效期内使用。2.1.7 The indicator lamp on each panel is complete, and the indicating instrument (including sensor) provides proper indication and is used within the effective period. 2.2 成套设备/机械安全说明2.2 Complete equipment/mechanical safety instructions 一、停电或送电之前,必须
33、与用户联系好。I. Keep contact with the user before power shutdown or transmission. 二、停电后必须检电,检修电容器柜时,还必须放电。确无电后,方可接触导电体。II. Perform electricity inspection after shutdown, and discharge electricity before overhaul of the capacitor cabinet. Contact with the conductor after no electricity is discovered. 三、联络柜
34、的操作:联络柜是双投闸刀开关,向上合闸是用本室辅助变压器,向下合闸是用来自北井配电室的备用电源。在总柜未停电的情况下,严禁操作此柜。III. Operation of tie cabinet: the tie cabinet is provided with double-throw knife switch. Auxiliary transformer of the compartment is used under Upward closing, and 10standby power from the distribution room is used under downward cl
35、osing. Do not operate the cabinet under the condition that the total cabinet is connected. 四、进线柜的操作:IV. Operation of Incoming Cabinet: 1.停电:1. Power shutdown: (1)按柜面“ 停电” 按钮,空气断路器跳闸。如果不跳闸,就打开柜门,推按断路器上“0”字牌,使其跳闸。跳闸后,断路器窗口显示“0” 字,柜面绿灯亮,红灯灭。(1) The air circuit breaker trips off by pressing the “off” bu
36、tton on the panel. Open the cabinet door under on trip-off, and push and press “0” on the circuit breaker for trip-off. After trip-off, when the circuit breaker window indicates “0”, green light on the cabinet is on, and the red light is off. (2)拉下柜面操作手柄,使隔离开关断开。(2) Pull down the operation handle on
37、 the panel surface to disconnect the disconnector. 2.送电:2. Power transmission:(1)推上柜面操作手柄,使隔离开关闭合。(1) Push operation handle on the panel surface to connect disconnecting switch.(2)按柜面“ 储能” 按钮,进行储能,显示 “已储能”。(2) Press “Energy Storage“ on the panel surface to start energy storage, and “Energy Stored“ will be displayed.(3)按柜面“ 起动” 按钮,断路器合闸,窗口显示“1” 字,柜面红灯亮,绿灯灭。(3) Press “Start“ on the panel surface to connect circuit breaker, “1“ will be displayed in the window, and red indicator will be on and green indicator will be off on the panel.(4)如果按钮失效,就用储能手柄插入断路器的方孔内,上下摇动手柄进
