1、 1一、特性压力阀盘工作压力范围0.021MPa,真空阀盘工作压力范围-0.007MPa,具体开启压力要根据用户在上述范围内选定。如果用户开启压力没有明确的,压力阀盘开启压力一般设定为+0.002MPa,真空阀盘开启压力一般设定为-0.002MPa。二、原理该阀适用于船舱内油雾气体的压力调节,限制油舱内的压力或真空度,当油舱压力升高到该阀设定的开启压力表值时压力阀盘开始起跳即排放油气,当油舱内压力降到真空阀盘设定的开启压力负值时,真空阀盘开始起跳,即自动吸入空气,以平衡舱内压力,保持油舱安全。三、安装说明该阀安装于甲板上方不低于 2 米高度的地方,按示意图提升手柄在最上方水平位置安装,不能倾斜

2、位置安装。安装时小法兰接油舱管路,大法兰接大气管路。按照 ISO15364:2000 标准中第 6.5 的要求,由于呼吸阀出口一侧不带排泄口,所以在接排气的管道中应单独设置一个带塞的排泄口,便于定期排放蒸汽冷凝物或油气混合物,另外呼吸阀真空吸入口带有防火网,防火网符合 CB604-93 规定,网丝规格为 0.4/0.22,防火网的适用 MESG 值为 0.9mm,材料为不锈钢(0Cr18Ni9) ,丝网和支架用钎焊牢固。本呼吸阀排气口不带有阻火焰装置,所以在接排气口的管道中必须单独装一个阻火焰装置。四、零件安装和拆卸次序 单联呼吸阀(DN80X100、100/150 )的拆卸次序为:a) 拆去

3、螺栓 4,将阀盖和压力阀盘视为一零件总成一起拆下;b) 用专用扳手旋出压力阀盘 21;c) 将真空阀盘和弹簧从阀盖孔内向上提起取出;d) 拆去螺栓 33,依次拆下吸气口外罩 28 和滤网罩 29。安装次序与拆卸次序相反。单联呼吸阀(DN150/200)的拆卸次序为:a,拆去螺栓 21,将阀盖和压力阀盘视为一零件总成一起拆下;b,将真空阀盘从阀盖孔内向上提起取出;c,拆去螺栓 6,依次拆下吸气口外罩 4 和滤网罩 5。安装次序与拆卸次序相反。双联呼吸阀的拆卸次序为:a, 拆去螺栓 26,将阀盖和压力阀盘视为一零件总成一起拆下;b, 拆去螺栓 9,依次拆下透气口盖 2,吸气口外罩 3 和防火罩 4

4、;c, 将真空阀盘 5,重块(一)13 一起向阀体上方从阀盖面的孔中取出。安装次序与拆卸次序相反。注意:双联呼吸阀拆卸时左右腔零件应分别做好标记,装配时应按标记一一对应安装,不可装错。五、使用说明提升手柄是为了检查压力阀盘启闭状态和应急状态设置的。正常工作时,将呼吸阀提升手柄(单联 80/100、100/150 件号 10,单联 150/200 件号 24,双联80X80/100X100、100X100/150X150、150X150/200X200 件号 23。详见附图)放到最低点。装货和卸货操作前或应急时,将呼吸阀提升手柄拉到最高点转动 90,把提升手柄上的卡口卡在阀盖筋板最高处,强制使整

5、个压力阀盘打开到最高位置。如要检查真空阀盘的启闭状态,只需将顶杆(单联 80/100、100/150 件号 32,单联 150/200 件号 1,双联80X80/100X100、100X100/150X150、150X150/200X200 件号 6。详见附图)向上轻轻顶起,就能在阀门的进气口看到真空阀盘的启闭状态。考虑到双保险,一般每个油舱还设置一个旁通管路,油舱管路直接接到呼吸阀排气口管路,平时由一个常闭阀门控制,应急时才打开。 (注一)2该阀在正常环境下,半年需进行一次维护保养。如使用的货物产生的蒸汽冷凝物特别多或使用的环境很差,例如使用在海上钻井平台上,因管路中油水混合物特别多,长时间

6、不清理,管道中有一定的背压,呼吸阀就不能正常工作了,所以建议三个月维护保养一次。维护保养的主要内容是清理阀体及管道中的蒸汽冷凝物、油水混合物及残渣。方法:首先拆下手柄、阀盖,然后分别取出压力阀盘、真空阀盘,双联呼吸阀分别把左腔和右腔拆下零件编号,然后清洗。分别清洗压力阀盘、阀座、真空阀盘、阀座及阀腔的油污、冷凝物等。压力阀盘、阀座和真空阀盘、阀座密封面清洗后最好用 600 目研磨膏面对面研磨一下,然后用干净布擦干净。接着按编号依次把真空阀盘、压力阀盘装进去,盖上阀盖装上手柄就可以了。另外检查下阀体内、外腔表面的涂料。如需要,阀体内腔要在阀盘、阀座研磨前涂一遍,阀体外表面可等保养结束前涂刷。涂料

7、应选用环氧类涂料,如 702、746 等。此外,每三个月还应该对防火罩进行一次检查和清洗。单联呼吸阀防火罩的检查清洗方法是:拆去螺栓 33,卸下透气口罩 28 和滤网罩 29,检查滤网罩上的滤网孔是否有堵塞,如有,可用软毛刷轻刷,然后用清水冲洗。双联呼吸阀防火罩的检查清洗方法是:拆去螺栓 11,依次卸下透气口盖 2,防火外罩壳 3 和防火罩 4,检查和清洗方法与单联呼吸阀相同。流动性试验数据(流动性试验数据包括正压和负压下的流量,操作灵敏性、流动阻力、流速等。理论计算流量因受管壁和阀体内壁粗糙度、气体流经阀体及管道转弯的次数及管道长度、环境温度等很多因素,估计实际数据与理论计算值有较大出入,所

FeaturesWorking pressure of this pressing valve disc: 0.021MPa, working pressure range of the vacuum valve disk:-0.007MPa, the specific opening pressure sh

If the user does not clearify the opening pressure, the opening pressure of pressing valve disc is generally set at +0.002 MPa, for vacuum valve disk, it is generally set at -0.002MPa.2. Operational PrincipleThe valve is used to adjust the pressure of oil

12、 mist in the cabin to limit the pressure within fuel tank or vacuum degree. When the tank pressure rises to the opening pressure of the set valve gauge value, the disc begins to take off to discharge gas, when tank pressure lows down to negative value of vacuum valve discs opening pressure, it start

13、s to take off, automatically drawing in air, to balance the pressure within the cabin to maintain the safety of oil tank.3. Installation InstructionsThe valve is installed not less than 2 meters above the deck, lift the level of the handle at the top to install according to the sketch map, installat

14、ion of tilted position is not allowed. When installing, connect small flange with oil ,while big flange with air pipes. In accordance with the ISO15364: 2000 standard requirements of section 6.5, due to non-inlet on the outlet side of the breathing valve, so then a separate drain with a plug should

15、be set at the exhaust pipe, for the easy discharge of steam condensate or gas mixtures. Furthermore, install a fireproof screen at the vacuum suction of breathing valve, the screen should meet CB604-93 standard with specifications of 0.4/0.22 mesh, the applicable value of MESG is 0.9mm, which is mad

16、e of stainless steel (0Cr18Ni9), fasten screen and bracket with brazingweld. This breathing valves outlet is not equiped with fire resisting device, so in the pipe connecting outlet one must install a separate one. 4. Parts installation and removal orderThe dismantling order of single-chain breathin

17、g valve (DN80X100, 100/150): a. Remove the bolt 4 and remove the bonnet and the pressing valve disc as one part; b. Unscrew the pressing valve plate 21with a special wrench;4c. Lift and take out the vacuum valve disk and spring from the valve bonnet hole; d. Remove the bolt 33, then remove the sucti

18、on cover 28 and filter cover 29 in turn. Install the valve from d to a.The dismantling order of single-chain breathing valve (DN 150/200).a. Remove the bolt 21 and remove the bonnet and the pressing valve disc as one part;b. Lift and take out the vacuum valve disk and spring from the valve bonnet ho

19、le;c. Remove the bolt 6, then remove the suction cover 4 and filter cover 5 in turn.Install the valve from c to a.The dismantling order of duplex-breathing valve: a,. Remove the bolt 26 and remove the bonnet and the pressing valve disc as one part;b. Remove the bolt 9, and then remove the ventilatio

20、n cover 2, suction cover 3 and fireproof cover 4 in turn.C. Lift and take out the vacuum valve disk 5 and weight(one) 13 from the valve bonnet hole;Install the valve from c to a.Note: When tearing down the duplex breathing valve, mark the left and right chain parts respectively, install the valve ac

21、cording to marks, misplaceing is not allowed. 5. Directions Raise the handle to check the setting of pressing valve disc open and close state and emergency state. In normal working status, put the breathing valves handle (single-chain 80/100, 100/150, piece No.10, single-chain 150/200, piece No. 24,

22、 duplex80X80/100X100, 100X100/150X150, 150X150/200X200, piece No. 23. Details see drawings) to the lowest level. Before loading and unloading operations or emergency,lift the breathing valves handle to the highest point and rotate 90, raise the handles bayonet and stuck in the highest point of bonne

23、t ribs, force the pressing valve disc to open to the highest position. To check the status of the vacuum valve discs opening and closing set, one can simply push the rod (single-chain 80/100, 100/150, piece No.32, single-chain 150/200, piece No. 1, duplex80X80/100X100, 100X100/150X150, 150X150/200X2

24、00, piece No. 6. Details see attached drawings) gently upward, then one will be able to see the opening and closing status at the valve inlet. To ensure a “double check”, 5each tank is also typically set up with a bypass pipe, connect oil tank pipe directly with the breathing valves exhaust pipe, in

25、 usual circumstance, control it with a closed valve, open it at a emergency case. (rf. Note 1 )Under normal circumstances, the valve needs maintenance every six months. If goods produce much steam condensate things or used in particularly poor environment, such as in the offshore drilling platforms,

26、 due to so much oil-water mixture, left without cleaning for a long time as the pipeline gets some back pressure, the breathing valve may not work properly, then it is proposed that every three-month maintenance is needed for the valve. Maintenance includes cleaning up the valve body and condensate,

27、 oil and water mixtures and residues in the pipeline. Methods: First remove the handle and bonnet, then remove the pressing valve disc, the vacuum valve plate respectively, mark left and right chamber of duplex breathing valve chamber and then clean them. Clean pressing valve disc, valve seats, vacu

28、um valve disc, valve seat and oil in valve chamber and condensate,etc. After cleaning,it is suggested to grind pressing valve disc, valve seat and the vacuum valve plate and the seat sealing surface with 600 mesh abrasive paste in a face to face manner, then wipe them with a dry cloth. Install press

29、ing valve disc and vacuum valve plate in turn according to part No.,then complete by closing the bonnet and assemble the handle on it. Moreover, check the coatings of valve body cavity inside-out. If necessary, before grinding valve disk and valve seat, coat the body cavity, the outer surface of the

30、 body can be painted before the end of such maintenance. With regard to coating, epoxy paint should be used, such as 702, 746 and so on.In addition, in every three months an inspection and cleaning should also be conducted for flameproof hood. The inspection method for single-chain breathing valves

31、hood is: remove the bolt 33, remove the ventilation mask 28 and strainer hood 29, check whether the filter grille mesh is blocked or not, if there is any, brush softly with a soft brush and then wash with water. The inspection method for duplex breathing valves hood is: remove the bolt 11, remove th

32、e ventilation flap 2, the flameproof hood cover 3 and flameproof hood 4 in turn, afterwards,inspection and cleaning methods are the same with the single-chain breathing valve.Flowing test data(Flowing test data includs flow under positive and negative pressure, operating sensitivity, flow resistance

33、, flow rate and so on. Theoretical flow calculating,due to the roughness of tube wall and body cavity, times that gas flows through the valve and swerves of pipes, the pipe length, ambient temperature and many 6other factors, there might be a large gap between actual value and theoretical calculatio

34、ns, so the final data can only be attached here after refering to test reports copy when passing the approval test.) 6. Marks and BrandEach valve part, before leaving factory must be stamped on the flange with the product model, specifications, standard number, ship inspection number and CCS stamp,
